IT’S TOO BAD THAT HE LOST HIS JOB. I compared it with some other alternatives like:
It is bad that he lost his job.
It’s very bad that he lost his job.
It is so bad that he lost his job.
It is too bad (for him) to lose his job.
My attempt was to relate the grammatical correctness of “too....that” (too bad that, too good that, too strong that...etc.) with “so...that”

I would like to ask a question that is not related to this video. Some sentences are seen started with the word 'And'. Is there any rule regarding this?
Normally I use "told" instead of said. eg: That's what I told.. Is that correct ? Any difference between told and said in the usage ?
