"I have seen him somewhere." (Here we don't know when the action took place; so we don't use the past simple. We go for the present perfect instead.)

Please mam, when you are saying the verb v1,v2,v3 include the verb changed from v1 to v3 meaning also. Ex: verb, take, took, taken meaning in Tamil edu, eduthen, eduthu. I dont know how you are going to say in Malayalam. Please clear the verb meaning of v3 too. Because v3 past participle is important in perfect tense.
