Hi Darcy. Thank you for this review. I have had my Artemis for a couple months. I have taken it very slow because I do think I have sensitive skin. So used the sky blue for the seborrheic areas that seem to start in the late summer. Also used the green on my face for pigmentation. The yellow I used on my elbows, I have a thickening of skin, maybe a form of eczema. Creams from derm never removed it all. So my question is since the yellow does not seem to correct elbows after many uses. Do you have any suggestions? The sky blue worked good for the seborrheic it did not go full blown. I do see lightening of hyperpigmentation on my face, also using green on forearms and seeing some results. Some are darker. My next question is I started using the red or purple on my face a few times, not sure how many but I am seeing a tiny growth on the left side close to my nose. I may have used it on a higher setting and time, not sure. It is not acne so not sure what I would call it. What do you recommend with the red having a result like this? Is it the only one for cell regeneration? I do not use it every day for any of the areas.

Yes I was literally blown away w the before and afters. I've been using this mask on my mother in law and she is already seen results with her dark spots on her face. But she doesn't want me to show her before and afters.
I'm not using it right now on myself so doesn't interfere w the NIRA PRO review but I will for sure be using this on clients when I get my esthetician license. And on myself once I'm done w the NIRA Review and I will share any updated. It is expensive but give professional results. Also cool you can use it on the hair for hair loss as well.
I really like this face and neck mask and the charging and sanitizing case. I am petite and mask seems huge on me. I greatly appreciate the size adapters and the built in cushioning eye holes. I’m still figuring out the application. For now using without the app. I own this mask as well as my first mask, from Qure. This Artemis is great, with multiple wavelengths of light that the Qure does not have.

This mask is super powerful so make sure to for sure use it with the APP as well since you can increase the strength of the mask in the APP. What turned me off of this mask is you can pick red light only. As u mentioned, once u turn on the red light, NIR turned on also
Yes the Red and NIR are together. I never had any problems with using Red with NIR and most masks in the market combine them together. However if you want to choose just red you can try the Aduro LED Mask. That is the only masks that allows you to choose to have just pure red or combined. U mentioned that the attachments wont interfere with the treatment but say the chin attachment is covering the lights. So how can the lights penetrate in the chin area if covered by the chin attachment?
Hi The attachment are transparent so the light can go through it and penetrate it. The lights are strong enough to penetrate so it doesn't interfere with the treatment. I had a pimple on my chin the other day and I used the mask and even thought It was underneath the attachment it still healed in 1 use so I can tell you from my personal experience that the light does work through the transparent attachments.
Do you know why artemis not fda approve? Is it not safe for eyes? I am confuse because it higher price than other brand
Hi The Artemis mask has undergone safety tests and approved in Korea with KC certification as well as CE (the European Union's safety certification) both of which have rigorously high standards. More importantly, the CE certificate is recognized almost globally.
On their website they state that the FDA Approval is only reserved for class III medical devices which are considered high risk and I think that is why they haven't done FDA clearance since they have been approved all over the world which have even higher standards than the FDA.
I have personally used this mask with other people besides myself and it's extremely effective and safe. I've see other Korean brands not acquire FDA clearance when they have the European clearance since they have higher standards than the FDA.
The higher price is because it's consider a professional type device used by estheticians. It is stronger than most LED masks in the market so you get quicker results.
Hi, thanks for the instructions. I did purchase the mask thinking I could separate the red from the nir. The nir from a previous red light panel re-activated my melasma. On the Artemis website it says the mask can treat melasma, so how is this possible. I will send the company an email however they are not great at responding.
Hi You're welcome. This mask is a professional level mask and I have used it on my mother in law that has melasma without triggering her melasma. So not sure if has a different type of NIR than other consumer masks. I even showed on this video one of the reviews from an esthetician that used this mask to specific treat melasma with great results. You can see here the before and afters from the person with melasma that used this mask on a client and on the website there are more angles of this client that used the mask for a few months and the results for melasma are really clinical level results. I put the review photos at the start of this videos 0:01 The very first set of photos were from a person with melasma.
You can read more about this review on the reviews comments from the mask as well and that is an esthetician that uses this mask on her clients.
Also For melasma the best setting is the Green light but i have used also red on my mother in law and I have not had any reactions. here it he info on the green setting.

Of course it's up to you to make the best decision for you. I have personally never had any reactions from this mask other than great results. So i feel it does have a different type of light quality than my other consumer masks. I often see better results from few uses than with any other mask.
Most consumer masks in the market also only offer red with NIR without the option to choose one or the other. The only mask that I know that allows you to choose just red is the Aduro mask but the Artemis mask is professional grade and the Aduro mask is consumer level so you have to use for longer to see results.

How many time can i use a day and a week ?
Hi You can use it daily for 10 mins on the standard setting or once or 2x a week if you use the professional setting on the APP. The standard setting without the app can be used daily or the professional setting can be use less often. I go over all the settings on the video. You can check the timestamps to jump around.
