My thought's are killing tendencies of my suicidal tendencies but i won't kill myself anymore cos my life's not mine to take cos ive killed myself many times before and i keep coming back from the forgotten darkness thats nothing left but to be reborn time and time again wherever ive taken my life ive come back by force's I dont knows what happens like i shoukd do it properly in some way more effectively than it being a mistake and it's not my time that i get saved by some kinds of miracles wakening up in hospitals still alive so i wont try and kill myself again cos i dont really want to die i just don't want to be here anymore

The problem is, the hole jyou started digging a few years before is getting deeper and harder to climb out of, even though you may have a plan on how to do it, now you need a hand to execute your plan because you are part of the problem, you should learn how to meditate because people can give you that hand like many others who needed a hand out of that hole, because meditation is something you need to learn how to do and if you don't know how then how can you climb out of that hole.
