I'm 49 and earn about £2M ($2.5M) per year and save about 30% in HYSA's. I've been reading a lot of articles mentioning how w0rthless 'cash savings' are in this current unstable economy. D0 you suggest I invst in real estate, stocks or Gold?
A consistent 5% return from the bank and US securities sounds better to me than worrying about losing your money if the stock market falls. Also consider financial advisory with the size of your budget.
The issue is most people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt, no offense. In general, Financial Consultants are ideal reps for investing jobs, and at firsthand encounter, since Jan.2020, amidst covid outbreak, my portfolio has yielded massively in ROI, summing up to 7-figures as of today.
Can you share details of your advisor? I want to invest my increased cash flow in stocks and alternative assets to achieve financial goals.
*Sharon Lynne Hart* is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and low a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $1m in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?.
Sonya lee Mitchell is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I looked up her name online and found her page. I emailed and made an appointment to talk with her. Thanks for the tip.
With inflation at 3.70%, I'm looking to enter the market now and ride it out as the economy improves. I'm putting together a $350,000 portfolio with Stocks and ETF's. Do you have any recommendations with solid cash flow?
we shouldn't act on every forecast. It is best you speak with a market expert before making any investment decisions.
You're right, I and a few Neighbors in Bel Air Area work with an advisor who prefers we DCA across other prospective sectors. Instead of a lump sum purchase, Following this, my portfolio grew 40% in the last quarter.
I'm curious to give this a try. Please who is your advisor and how do I get in touch?
Well, I chose *Jennifer Leigh Hickman* as my advisor after her interview on CNBC In 2020. She is SEC regulated with offices in the US and quite frankly a genius with portfolio diversification.
I just found her webpage and read through her educational background and qualifications, which were all very impressive. So I scheduled a call with her.
I am 53 and retired at 50. 1 thing I did do to retire early was to get out of the 401K and IRA programs. Bought rental real-estate and I am now a Limited Partner in about 1500+ units from collabrative efforts in the fund my estate planner has me invested in. I do not work.
I only contribute 5% to get full company match, that’s it. The 401K plan is designed for you to work until you are about dead. Also, the government does not have their hands on it yet either.
My wife and I live off of our 401K. We don't work. I recommend highly to everyone to build your 401K or Roth IRA's as an alternate revenue stream in retirement to your Social Security. An observation on 401K's is when it gets over 300K it starts to accelerate. When you get over 500K it can really accelerate as the stock market grows.
If I may ask, as in withdrew all of the money from the 401K and IRA programs? If so, what was your strategy behind that decision? Thank you.
I learned about govt actions from cfp in ny by name Monica Mary Strigle... Ms. Strigle explained the benefits of long-term Treasuries and alternative investments, which the govt doesn't disclose.
Lately they been investing in solid start ups, bonds, digital currencies, precious metals with real backing, while manipulating the stock market decisions as influenced by congress, driven by year round events and consumer sentiment in the past half decade.
Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $70K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
completely agree. I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions. I got into the market early in 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me, so I sold off. I got back in December 2020 and this time with guidance from an investment adviser who was recommended by a colleague
Is there any chance you could recommend who you work with? I've wanted to make this switch for a very long time now, but I've been very hesitant about. I'll appreciate any recommendation.
My CFA ’Rachel Sarah Parrish’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran a Google search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing..

A recent Vanguard study found that, on average, a hypothetical $500K investment would grow to over $3.4 million under the care of an advisor over 15 years, whereas the expected value from self-management would be $1.69 million, or 50% less.
In other words, an advisor-managed portfolio would average 8% annualised growth over a 25-year period, compared to 5% from a self-managed portfolio
I agree; for over 17 months, I've maintained regular contact with an investment advisor. Nowadays, it's really simple to invest in trending stocks, but the challenge is knowing when to sell or hold. To support me with entry and departure points, my advisor steps in. Within 18 months, I've accrued almost a million dollars from an originally stagnating reserve of $450K.
How can I reach this adviser of yours? because I'm seeking for a more effective investment approach on my savings

Think you misunderstood. He is simplifying economics down to this “if it doesn’t actively make me money it’s a liability”. Therefor all those things you listed don’t make money so they should be treated like liabilities.
@@hilkmeister1382 stocks and etfs do make you money though. Some pay monthly or quarterly for just owning it.
@@christian6911 Stocks are a theoretical asset that you can't touch or use where as real estate is more useful in that regard. For example in a market crash your stock portfolio will tank but people still would like to sleep in a house, and during a boom stocks would do well but so would real estate.

Dividends: Am I invisible to you?
If you have a high dividend paying stock 7-8% or above then yes you have a valid argument. If your portfolio is filled with 1% to 3% dividend paying then there’s no argument. This year had been a lesson for most people that stocks with 20 times earnings are not good investments
Dividends aren't really a major passive income.
@@zackarystewart9214 7-8% dividend stocks are risky. Market cap will just shrink over time and no growth. 1-5% is safer and you will more than likely see growth and increasing dividends over time. Lots of good dividend stocks with great balance sheets trading at fair value good P/E
No doubt Robert is great financial teacher but he doesn't understand power of compounding which only works when you hold stocks. This is why warren buffet is significantly richer than Robert kiyosaki, compounding is the 8th wonder of the world, and you will never be able to witness the beauty of compounding in real estate

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge
I would just find somewhere safe to put it in! Perhaps put some money in crypto with the halving event coming in April but don’t put all of it because you have to diversify! Talk to the bank and maybe put it in a Roth IRA until you know what to do because asking on the internet is going to make you a target for scams and remember to not fall for any of them! Only put money in a good bank after doing internet searches and reviews because I’ve been hearing people saying that the banks are closing them out of their accounts and FDIC insured for the amount your putting into and if they only insure 150,000 and you got more than that you put them in another bank. Good luck
So many cyber frauds 😂

I want to invest roughly $700,000 in stocks since I've heard that even in challenging times, investors may turn a profit. Any excellent ideas for stocks?.
It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you.
that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+

I think Warren Buffet would have something to say to the contrary.
Warren Buffett doesn't buy mutual funds. He buys entire businesses
He has in his actions.
He has a lot invested in the stock market. 40% of that in apple. I think for a seasoned investor Warren Buffet is a good model to follow.

Acquiring a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
Investors should exercise caution when it comes to their exposure and be sceptical of new purchases. Only with the guidance of a competent or trustworthy advisor are such high yields in this recession attainable.

I'm considering investing around $700,000 in stocks as I've learned that savvy investors can still profit during challenging times. Do you have any solid stock market strategies for this year?
It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you.
Right, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their emotions, no offense. It's wise to seek professional guidance when building a strong financial portfolio due to its complexity.
Talking to an expert like Margaret Burwell to reshape your portfolio is a smart move.
Certainly! I diversified my $20,000 portfolio across different markets
I made a net profit of around $104k by investing in high dividend yield stocks, ETFs, and equity
The reality is that you cannot do it without a tried and true trader like Margaret.
I recently sold off a good portion of my stock holdings totaling about $400k, with roughly half of them being tech stocks that i think are overvalued. Am i better off putting the money somewhere else or sit out and wait for a correction?
Well all i know is that you cannot go wrong taking profit at near high. No one ever went broke taking a ~10% profit. It's best if you consult with a fiduciary advisor to get informed buying & selling decisions.
I was also in a similar position few years ago, i took profit and it went even higher. Upon realizing that a change was necessary, I consulted a financial advisor in 2020 and since then my $1.2m portfolio has averaged 25% annually through restructuring and diversification using growth/blue chip stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and REITs.
Impressive. I'm nearing retirement and could benefit from advisor assistance. How can I get in touch with them?
She goes by ‘’Theresa Dana Peek’ I suggest you look her up. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.

6. Live your life better with the money you earn, buy a nicer car, nice home, travel, do charity etc.

Yes, you're paying interest but you're starting 20 years early.
Surely 20 years of your life slaving away is worth a lot more than a 30 years mortgage fixed 3-5% interest rate.

He's basically saying the bank is earning interest and investing the money you pay your house note with, while you're losing it. Kinda like the IRS, when you try to get a bigger refund at the end of the year, the IRS is earning interest on the money that is taken out of your check just to take it as a whole at the end of the year instead of investing that money throughout the year in something that can earn more money for you and not them.
Actually the bank is not even earning money when your interest is lower than inflation. Which it is big time for most us mortgages.

If the banking system involves money just recirculating, they can tax and inflate, robbing you.
If you use cash to buy an asset, like an apartment building with tenants, or a business - that will generate wealth.
Your personal home, with mortgage, maintenance, mandates, etc is costing you money - it’s not an investment. A million dollar home for a primary residence, has a large tax bill, has a mortgage that you aren’t getting any coverage for.
Edit: tax, not fax. Inflate, not deflate. Stupid typos
Basically he is saying that stocks are a bad investment because your putting money in the market but not in your wallet. While real estate puts money straight into your pocket
Well we cant all own real estate and justnthdo that?!
@@tomazstopar1226 no, but not everyone has the capital or fortitude to invest. And then wants real estate (think: liability, ability to move around, better opportunities elsewhere, perception and opinion of the market, etc).
A person might say “I only believe in gold”, “I only want cash businesses”, “I trust other people and their business” etc.
Not everyone has spare money for investing, and that’s okay. But the stock market isn’t your only option.
A retirement plan is basically a glorified savings account built on a promise, and paper assets like stocks, bonds, etfs etc, are basically out of your control and the only hope of any type of wealth is capital gains or dividends but you can't control how the stock performs or how much of a dividend the company decides to pay out. If you read his content, (not just rich dad poor dad) then you'll get a better idea of what he's trying to convey. If you want to build wealth then you have to put money into investments that generate cash flow. What the guy really preaches is education. Start reading and educate yourself. That's the only way to understand these things.
Whoever claims that something or someone is stupid is himself/herself living in a bubble where their vision is limited.
I dont touch any money and have become a saint. Money is liability.
Stocks are high risk high reward. Some people choose different paths & have to work with what they got.
Not all stocks are high risk. Dividend stocks with a payout history of over 10 years are less volatile
Somebody please show him compound interest and how it impacts stocks and dividends. Also, there is no labor or knowledge required to make money in 401Ks.
I don't touch stocks
*I'm in dett*
This stock photo shows the focus and concentration of investors. They find investment opportunities by analyzing data, monitoring market movements and making decisions. This photo reminds me of the importance of constant learning and vigilance when investing in stocks.
Real estate maybe…but stocks when done right are assets, real estate however is more stable and can make you big profits with rent money and appreciation in value
Most peoples houses appreciate.
And the ones that don’t?…exactly unless you know your house is going to appreciate your gambling. Regardless, you paying mortgage and bills and all that cost you your hard earned money. Why don’t the house pay off its own mortgage and it’s own bills and put money in your pocket ?? Because it’s a liability
Matter a fact some people don’t even know what to do if their house does appreciate in value because they arnt financially educated
@@pioneergrain8302in UK all houes appreciate. Sure here are the odd dips but you don't sell then. The housing market has seen more return than any bond. Nearly every economist says hat houses are assets.
@@pioneergrain8302 or buy a house with a minimal mortgage or no mortgage a I did. All living costs are a liability, that's a given, wherever you live. In rented you still have to pay all of the bills and insurances. You still need to live somewhere.
He just described what it like to own a house😂😂
So what assets do u buy??
Swing traders and Long Term Investors having a big laugh at him
This is advice is for people who are at a different income bracket. Not for people who are looking to grow the little they have
Exactly 💯 Someone grasped the point of his words. His book is talking about the general meanings. Basics. Then what he's doing now, it's the result of half of his life or more investing experience & what worked for him the best ways from all of them! In comments people compare him with a completely different guy. Unreasonable as they chose to work in complete different areas of investment. You cannot compare an offline business to an online, nor you can compare a bakery to a festival facilitating business. Yeah, both are businesses & so what!? 💯😊
That’s what robert never explains in anything that he does. He treats everyones level in finance as a big generalization.
His book is a good starting point to financial knowledge, his speech is not provide financial freedom
Doesn’t that mean you should get rid of the house investment and work on stocks and all. Please explain the video to me, I probably did not understand it.
Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60.
If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert. Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial. Some use hedging or defensive assets in their portfolio for market downturns. Seeking financial advice is vital. This approach has kept me financially secure for over five years, with a return on investment of nearly $1 million.
Glad to have stumbled on this comment, Please who is the consultant that assist you and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
Whitney Kay Stacy a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Thank you so much for your helpful tip! I was able to verify the person and book a call session with her. She seems very proficient and I'm really grateful for your guidance
Bought a house and now rent it out, I buy stocks and crypto too. All millionaires have good information on how to get rich. I do believe that the house you bought is not 100% yours. If the bank doesn't take it, the government will.
Typically the only way they can do that if you own the land (and don’t have a mortgage) the government either has to buy it off you or force you to abandon through dirty games.
I trade stocks only and it’s making me money every week
Debt debt debt😂😂😂😂
Yea. So what do you suggest we do? Have to buy assets to build cash flow.
Don't take him seriously
Buy his book
Owning a house is liability, if we stay self good. Renting is hell
I was thinking if i should invest in stocks. That guy first showed me i should be an entrepreneur, so ima listen to that him.
Yeah, because stocks never pay you money… Like dividends or anything 😂😂
I sold all my apples and google stock also my house and moved in with my brother after this video I'm genius.
and the solution issue??
In real-estate he buys lands and keeps in pocket
dont buy a house its a liability, live on the streets you will be able to save so much more money
People should be willing to take chances with their options when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields
That's a risky attitude, My friend. You might be missing out on some valuable opportunities and strategies that a finance advisor can offer. A finance advisor can help you plan for your short-term and long-term goals, optimize your tax situation, diversify your portfolio, and avoid costly mistakes.
I agree with You. A finance advisor can also provide you with objective and unbiased advice, especially when you are facing emotional or stressful situations. They can help you stay on track and avoid making impulsive decisions that can harm your financial future.
I used to think like you. I thought I knew enough about finance and investing to handle everything myself. But then I realized that I was spending too much time and energy on researching, analyzing, and monitoring my finances. I was also overwhelmed by the the of information and options available. I decided to hire a finance advisor and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. They saved me a lot of time and money, and gave me peace of mind.
how did you find a good finance advisor? How do you know if they are trustworthy and competent?
People downplay planner’s role, until they are burnt by their mistakes. That’s why I’ve been working with expert planners like CHRIS RYAN STEWART
House price 30 yrs ago (1992) was $98k. It's $381k now....
Yup. I’d you’re gonna trade stock make sure you’re swing trader. What is the point of saving your money until you get old rather than get wealthy along the way?
I agree with this man, having rental properties are far more lucrative than a share in a company. All depends on personal situations of course
Why do you buy so much Gold and Silver then? It makes no income for you?
Tell that to Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger.
Warren Buffett also said that he doesn't buy stocks he buys pieces of businesses, so he doesn't speculates on stock prices going up or down but he is buying assets that generate sustainable dividends and likely to generate more in the future
yes Warren Buffett also said that he recommend young people to put money on S&P500 but he stated that's the least that a person should do if he doesn't want to have high risks
so I think here he is trying to say you need to create or buy an asset that generates cash flow, which is by starting a business or if you have money you buy real estate for rental

What about dividend sir ? And others things
Maybe he means that he isn't buying properties with his money. He is getting loans and using equity (as collateral) in other properties to buy new ones. I sure do like dividend stocks but I buy them with my own paycheck. I suppose he is paying the mortgages with his money though.
@John Coelho I friend of mine has a 15 mil portfolio and makes over 450k a a year in dividends. Doesn't have to sell anything and lives like a king. Has dividend income grows (normally higher than inflation) every year too. Dividends suck if you don't have time for a dividend snowball though.
Nice content trading come with a lot of benefits and I've just bought my first car through it. as a beginner I was scared of losing my savings but I'm glad I took the bold step that is now favouring me.
As a beginner what do I need to do? How can I invest, on which platform? If you know any please share.
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself, I’m guided by Alex Gomez. A widely known crypto consultant
I started working with Alex back in June, and my financial goals have never been clearer. It’s like having a strategic partner for my money with a solid track record.
I've come across this name before, is he really reliable?
I know him, he is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, he's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT
So if we dont touch stocks etf make any investments how the hell do we BEAT INFLATION?! Cmon tell me man

Watching ANIk speak is always an inspiration, I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
Kept $105k in CIT Bank HYSA at 5.05% but i now plan to invest in the stock market. What are your thoughts on that? What stocks should I look out for as a newbie to safely grow my money?
Find stocks with yields that exceed the market and stocks that, at the very least, follow the long-term market trend. However, you should get guidance from a financial advisor if you want to create a successful long-term plan...
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $121k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
@@hunter-bourke21bravo! I appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result to unmeasurable progress, thus the search for a reputable advisor, mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?
The decision on when to pick an Adviser is a very personal one. I take guidance from *Gertrude Margaret Quinto* to meet my growth goals and avoid mistakes, she's well-qualified and her page can be easily found on the net.
