Don't worry about that Michael Jackson one....that's like 65 surgeries gone wrong. The last one gave me chills though. That creepy little girl or whatever that was in the Mexico earthquake. 😬😬
I used to be a bartender. A glass or mug would often slide on the smooth bar. Seems it had something to do with the temperature and dampness of glass. Very common
The glass thing is actually easy to explain. If you have a glass with on concave bottom what can happen if the glass is wet it can slide on a smooth surface. Its why most glasses bottles and jars have some sort of textured and concave bottom.
@@Fatty.D.McButterpants it doesn’t have to be condensation it simply could have just came out of the sink or some water spilled when pouring the glass.
I was thinking the same thing, and even though we don't see a condensation trail, it only takes a very very thin layer of water to reduce friction to zero allowing the glass to slide assuming there's a slope to the table.
I'm a 58 yr. old American from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I've enjoyed many of your video's. This one actually convinced me to subscribe to your channel. Millies reactions are so precious. I've been watching him off and on all day and I'm going to go back and watch some more after I finish this. Mr Ballen is one of the best storytellers I've ever heard.
I’ve watched just over 100 of John B Allen’s (Mr Ballen) vids so far. He tells really good stories and his channel has blown up in less than 2 years. If only he didn’t repeat himself a few times in each story, he would be a really great storyteller.
the bird is simply a lighter color on top or bottom, almost the same as the background, and the video compression is removing it as an artifact when it's too close to the nearly stationary background. That's why it's flashing, it's flapping it's wings.
Everything in this video is fake or can be explained with physics. But, I admit that they are fun to watch! About that glass....Simple physics. The glass formed condensation that collected at the base of and beneath the glass. The water UNDER the glass created enough pressure to slightly lift the glass. As the glass slid the water was dispersed leaving only enough water beneath it to create a suction strong enough to make the glass "stick" to the table. This is actually a very common occurrence when you have two very smooth surfaces (such as glass) and water between the the two surfaces.
Yes! This actually happened to my daughter when she was about 4. Lol we were at a restaurant and her glass slid about 8 inches and I don't think I've ever seen her jump and move so fast lol
The first one with the glass. If the glass has had a cold liquid in it, it could have condensation on the outside and on the bottom. If the glass table is even slightly out of level when the glass is moved, it could be sliding on that moisture. I've had it happen to me at the kitchen table.
The pope video I believe was explained by the news broadcast. It was sloppy editing. They cut too early and then restarted the camera again in the exact same spot and morphed the two cuts together, giving that one frame a strange look.
The glass is completely a natural occurrence. Condensation forms on the glass, runs down to the glass table and an air bubble gets trapped under the glass. The glass moves because of the temperature difference between the glass and the table.
4:40 This is something I have seen many times, especially in humid environments. A glass of cool drink will cause the glass to sweat, and condensation will form a small puddle under the glass. In certain situations, the water gets trapped under the glass. As it tries to escape, the glass will literally float on the water across the table. This works best with smooth surfaces, like glass on glass. It also results in a slight vacuum, like a suction cup, that makes the glass "stick" to the table.
Frustrating watching her leap to mysticism every time. Hm.. supernatural occurrence or human deception.. Wonder what Occam's Razor has to say about all this.
Well that was a weird video. Love it. Scary stuff is fun. By the way Mothman has been folk lore in Appalachian history for a very long time. Much love from Tennessee.
actually there's a general consensus, at least among researchers and wildlife experts, that the mothman is really a heron/stork. those red eyes are common in photos where flash is used, and the human-shaped form is largely attributed to the long, lanky legs. mix that with a wishful mindset, and you have mothman.
i’ve worked in a bar for… ever at this point. the glass one is most likely a moisture thing. it happens to my glasses at the bar all the time, they’ll just randomly slide in a straight line away from me. it’s always because of just some liquid on the table top and the glass.
The fact the glass seemed "stuck" also suggests that. It was hydroplaning to a degree, and then became air tight like a suction. It is possible for that to happen.
Millie! I totally get what you are saying, it's like your driving down the road and come upon a horrific car crash, and you see there is something in the road covered with a tarp and your mind is telling you, don't look, don't look, don't look and as you pass by you strain your neck to catch a glimpse of what you feared it would see! My husband does this ALL THE TIME!!
Pulling chairs, stools, and anything that has wheels is one, but getting a glass cup to slide by pulling it with a string is a whole different ball game, especially when youre trying to fake an occurrence
I like the way james thinks. While he may not know what something is, he certainly does know what it isn't. Milly being the sweetheart that she is, still has a young girl's naiveness.
the glass is science. its water condensation on the bottom and that would also be why he couldn't move it himself because the water then acts like glue.
The glass on a glass table can move by itself if the glass has moisture on the bottom of it. Creates a barrier or suction that will let the glass slide.
The glass movement thing is just they have a temperature difference with what is probably an iced beverage and a warm table due to the studio lights. I have lids "travel" on my cooktop all the time.
The cold sweaty glass 9n the table is a trick I do all the time. Take a glass of ice water and pick it up hold it for a few seconds so the condensation gets on the bottom of it. Put it down on the same wet spot you picked it up from qnd it will move by itself. The proof is when he said when he tried to pick it up it was stuck. The air created a pillow type effect. Water on top air in the middle water on the bottom with the weight of the glass on top will make it move everytime! Play with it ... it's a cool trick
15:25 The case changing color can easily be achieved using a video filter that isolates the green case and applies a chroma filter to make it red in real-time. This effect would be visible on video but not in person. Most consumer video programs can accomplish this, and it can certainly be done by any professional news setup. It would also explain why it was still green behind the car.
I believe that the first video is condensation under the glass. On a glass table, it can cause it to slide if it is not level. It would also explain why he couldn't move it back because it would suction to the glass table.

I'm very skeptical about these things too. I did have a weird thing happen in 1998 at our home about an hour outside of Chicago. It was in the afternoon, my husband, myself and our 2 golden retrievers were enjoying our large backyard. All of a sudden there was a massive EXTREMELY BRIGHT light in the sky. We saw no objects, just this terribly bright light (like bright enough that you almost felt like it could hurt your eyes. We couldn't see any objects that it came from, but it illuminated a space of at least 150 yards. The light came all of a sudden, lasted maybe 5 seconds and was gone. I looked at my husband because I thought I was crazy, he looked at me and asked 'What was that?!'. He moved to the U.S. from the UK a few years prior, and didn't know if it was some sort of a test or something that he just hadn't been aware of. The dogs were catching frisbee's and stopped dead in their tracks. They just looked around sort of confused. It was weird, and I never heard anything more about it. @@kimbo500 I hear you. One time, my roommate's cat climbed to the top of my back, digging her claws in. I couldn't get her down. The atmosphere in the room had changed as if someone was there. I told my too about it later and she said that maybe Wicky's ghost had come to visit. Wicky was our former neighbor who lived in the apartment below us. He passed away in that apartment and wasn't discovered for a week. The funny thing is, I asked my roommate if she had seen him and she said that he usually went on vacation at that time. His family hadn't heard from him so they had the landlord enter the apartment. They found him in his bed. I told her that I didn't need to hear that. It was CREEPY!
The first one with the glass is caused by condensation on the glass. Because of the smooth table top and shape of the bottom of the glass water forms under the glass causing it to slip across the table. When he attempted to pick it up he was trying to pick it straight up causing suction.
Lol. You both are so adorable and entertaining!! There are actually scary videos out there that you should check out. These were way too tame. I love your channel.
I think there was something magnetic on the bottom of the glass. You could then have a string with a magnet under the table that would not be seen. Which is probably why he could not pick the glass up.
The mysterious moving glass could simply be explained if you consider the two materials interfacing, which is glass. Add moisture from condensation; as little as one drop would be enough. It would reduce the friction and Bob's your uncle; movement
I am a man of my word. I said if you react to anymore scary, creepy or ghost videos that I would subscribe, which I just did. I was probably going to subscribe at some point since the channel got a lot better since Millie joined. It is better to a perspective from two people as opposed to one and she has different opinions than James. Also when Millie is taking the citizenship test and James and Millie are having their little back and forth and their competition with one another, now that is priceless.
A glass will often move when condensation builds up underneath the glass. Being that it is setting on a glass surface. It is more likely to move than on a porous surface. And suction created by the condensation would explain why he couldn't lift the glass.
This is what I was thinking too. When water condenses under the glass it also forms a bubble which lifts the glass slightly making it glide. Like a hovercraft. That being said, i dont see any water on the table
Millie think of the definition of UFO. Unidentified Flying Object, not Unidentified Flying Aliens. Objects include aircraft, kites, balloons, drones, etc. Don't let the unknown freak you out; there's plenty of every day familiar to hold your attention.
The 1st with the glass. I've experienced something like that a few times in my life. If there is condensation or a bit of moisture where you sit the glass down, it will slide a bit. So that wasn't a spooky or eerie occurrence at all.
You have to keep in mind CGI for things like the 'Bird'. There was a 'News Cast' in South American Country (If I remember correctly it was Peru), where they showed an alien Creature walking behind the Journalist doing an Interview outside, where the Alien walked about 20 feet 'In Shot' off to the side, that made a huge buzz. It was later found out that the Newsroom Director added the creature in using CGI after tens of Thousands of people called in to the Newsroom telling them it was there.

Hi, Beesleys. So you guys don't believe in "glitches in the matrix" as people call them. Well, several months ago my son, his wife and I were talking about needing to get some repairs done on our minivan. Wes said that he would take care of getting them done. A few weeks later, I reminded him of what he had said about the repairs. He looked at me sort of strangely and told me that he never said anything like that. His wife agreed that he never said it. However, I know that he did say those things. I'm old, but I'm not demented, or senile in any way. Pretty strange occurrence, though. Gave me a bit of a shiver...
I've seen a glass slide before.. It has to be a glass or polished surface with a little condensation on the bottom of the glass or cup.. A little vibration sets it moving.
The glass/table one very well could be that the glass had condensation on the bottom and the desk is obviously a glass tabletop, so the glass could have slid from condensation. My starbucks iced coffees do that every day on my glass desktops lol
The glass was basically hydroplaning(not literally). I've seen it happen a number of times over my lifetime. Nothing paranormal about it. I say hydro because it happens more often on glass surfaces when a drink has condensation on it. I've also seen it happen with soda cans on a glass surface. It can happen with or without the condensation, though I've only ever seen it happen without condensation when the drink is in a glass container on a glass surface.
These are perfect to show how if a person is given just a limited amount of information and then lead to think it’s one thing is true when it is obviously not. Watch the same videos without the provided context and your common thoughts would explain what is actually happening. It’s a technique that many different industries use.
Right, they ask is this real or fake and make you think that if it's real there's only their explanation when there's a completely mundane explanation.

On the glass, I would think the magnet idea is more possible. You can't see what is happening under the table.
I can't even see you two when the lights are out. SO SCARY !!!!
No lie that last one gave me chills🥶🦇
Love these two so cute together
Just so everyone knows, the first one with the glass moving on the table is normal. It it’s just caused by condensation
The glass can occur with condensation on the table under the glass, but I don't see any ice in the glass or water on the table.
If you want really scary and compelling videos you should watch nukes top five honestly some of the most scariest and I feel like realistic videos I’ve ever seen
That rabbit hole is deep. Way better scary stuff.
I love you guys!!! I watch every video you guys put up.
Millie is awesome. Love her reactions.
Heat, light, radiation, and chemical. There are lots of ways to make things change color. Especially from green to red.
Love the videos! I would love to see some reactions to top 5 ghost videos if possible, with Millie of course...lol. Keep up the great work.
When you see a ufo, you really don’t freak out. I saw one land, and I stayed unusually calm. It was a really weird experience.
My man Jimbo Slice is killing it!
Ha ha ha!!! I love Millie's reactions! She's so cute! ❤️🇺🇸
The power of illusion. Magicians have relied on it for millennia.
@@briankirchhoefer more so persuasion than illusion but yes
You can’t even hear the provided context because they talked over most of the video.
The briefcase was a real thing. It was part of a showcase for the color changing tech.
