Is a free-float 15 inch rail possible on this gun?
Yes it is with a little work to remove the A2 sight and put a low profile gas block on it. I have a video of a rail that you don’t have to remove the A2 sight and it give the rifle the free float rail look.
Does the rail have my play does it move around

I’m talking about the extended 13.5” quad rail that covers the front sight. Is there any difference in what I order pertaining to the front grip
Oh ok you said grip so I was thinking the vertical grip. The 13.5” vism handguard is a great upgrade. And no there isn’t and difference.

When the gun heats up from shooting at range,won’t those quad rails get hot being they are metal?
They get warm but it really depends on how fast and much you shoot. They can get hot it you shoot alot fast but That's one reason I got a Vertical foregrip on it. When it starts getting warm I will use the Vertical foregrip.

@@sid3859, Not on this quadrail. It would have to be a Picatinny mount foregrip. And I'm not a expert but I do have some knowledge on the Sport. Only bad question is the one not asked!!
