Nah.. Her English voice definitely sucked. Change the voice language to Japanese you'll hear a massive difference. Her voice should be seductive and playful, and the Japanese voice is definitely it. Her English VA made her voice rugged which doesn't fit her personality at all.

The Japanese voice fits her personality much more than the English voice. Her voice should be seductive and playful just like Vera in PGR. Yinlin's Japanese voice has the same vibe and tone as Vera's Japanese voice. I think Yinlin and Vera's Japanese VA are the same. Her English VA made Yinlin's voice rugged, which doesn't fit her personality at all.
I actually really like it. She's a femme fatale, seduction is her weapon. With femme fatales there's always a hint of danger, a knowledge that she can and will kill you if you get in the way of the mission. Rugged isn't the best word to describe it, husky that is rich and slightly rough would be more proper. It's alluring and captivating, fit for a puppet master.
