The harsh vocals in Korean reminds me a bit of Seo Taiji or Novasonic. Also, seeing someone in the Twitch chat mention Pitchshifter threw me back to the late 90's when Twisted Metal 3 came out on Playstation. Have not heard from that band in ages.....
2nd best cover of this song ever and the best complete cover of this song ever. The 1st best in general is by Matt Johnson with his "Gangnam Heavy Style", it used to be on UA-cam but got deleted due to copyright strikes, you can still find it on SoundCloud though
