- The 2024 Harley-Davidson Road Glide has a weak sound system. Compared to my 2022 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special. I had to upgrade the sound system immediately! In this video I show step by step how I installed a plug and play sound system. I also ride and test if it can be heard at highway speeds.

I have found I just use my Harley/Sena headset on my bike and never have any issues with hearing music as its pumped right into my helmet into my ears.
Definitely a nice option. Lol

I know it’s been a few days that you got the system. How is at the 80 to 90 mph with music with lyrics with the full helmet. I know you make out the beats on the stock around 50 to 60 but no lyrics :(
It can be heard at those speeds. With a bigger windshield it’s better.

Indeed. The stock sound system works but after 30 or so MPh I couldn’t hear it.
