Le Grand Kalle is my all time favourite Congolese artist and one of the greatest singers of all time regardless of nationality. His bands are perfectly disciplined and play the best arrangements. The guitars are amazing here, the dynamocs the big band horn sections - this bands rivaled the best worldwide - as great as any jazz high life and rumba bands

Not sure about the year, but it was roghouly early 80s, in the great Hotel Inter Continental of Kinshasa. Hope that helps!
