9:50 was cammers fault, shouldnt have forced herself to merge in front, because she had room behind the black suv
Eh
I see the argument
But with 4+ car lengths infront
Its up to the merging car where they feel safe in the lane, she chose infront. With plenty of room
@@donovanulrich348 in front, not "infront".
@@donovanulrich348 she sped up and then had to hit her brakes to keep a safe distance from the truck hitting their brakes in front of her. So, no, she should have gracefully merged behind instead of waiting the last second. I watched a guy try to do this move and nearly side swiped the trailer I was hauling and nearly flipped himself when he hit an approach in the rain. Don’t need to merge in right away but certainly don’t need to wait till the last possible second and try to get one space ahead cause you think it’s the be all
Zipper merging like what is seen with one lane ending the proper procedure is what she did. She sped up to an available space and didnt get too close to the other driver. They couldve gotten infront of a driver behind or ahead, same thing would happen. Its the black suv fault for speeding up and raging. What the cammer did is legal and what traffic experts expect them to do
@@kinggerr7093 in front, not "infront".
6:14 Well, that's a Nelson Laugh moment right there!
4:15 That was awesome!
5:40
They don’t queue jump, it is 2 lanes until the merge point, then you merge in turn. Taking up both lanes is classed as obstructing a roadway. The idiot who drove down the shoulder deserves 6 points and a fine.
Morality cop breaking road laws thinks he's in the right when he isn't.
@@jeffreyirish3646 Watching "Stop Cham" dashcam videos from Poland, they call someone playing cop a "Sheriff" sarcastically.
@@Earthneedsado-over177 Since this is Britain, we'll call him the Sheriff of Nottingham
This prat is just as bad as the person he's trying to expose; by trying to block traffic without the legal authority of actually being a policeman, he will only buy resentment escalating into potentially dangerous attempts to wriggle past the self-appointed custodian of law and order. Driving down the hard shoulder is equally reprehensible, but the cammer's smug satisfaction in his text summary and the video evidence of what amounts to driving "without due care and attention " on his part ought to land him a cosy chat with the Magistrates' bench...
True. It's called zipper merging and it's far safer and efficient than forcing people to merge miles before the lane actually ends. Both lanes should be used all the way to the end and then every other car merges. And yeah, the car driving on the shoulder should get a big fine. That's so dangerous.
The one that bothers me most are the ones that won’t merge over and allow traffic to slow but still move. There are always the people that think they deserve to go around everyone else and force their way in. To the point of backing people down or almost causing a wreck!
10:10 ! Gotta get that one full car length ahead! Makes all the difference in the world!
0:37 white car stopped cause they saw a truck with flashing red lights, meaning they have the right of way. How does the person filming know that the person that rear ended other car was distracted? Yes, they were not paying attention to the surroundings
Driving is your actual job while - y’know, driving. If you drive into something right in front of you like that, you were clearly distracted from, well, driving.
Because it's a possibility based off the fact that BMW's didn't react fast enough to the car braking in front of him.
@@Iberny3 Didn't have enough following distance. Probably would have done the same thing to someone braking for a squirrel or some such.
Slamming your breaks on at a green light is not typical behavior so most are not expecting the sudden stop, and to be honest the lights have to wait until it's safe to proceed through a red light, so don't slam on your breaks!!
Most people only think of themselves and not what is around or behind them, hence getting rear ended for slamming on your breaks!!
Just proceed cautiously so this shit doesn't happen!!
@@melissahaire7058 Doesn't matter why they slammed on their brakes. You were following too closely if you run into them. The exception being intentional road rage type cut off brake checks.
I ESPECIALLY LOVE the Instant Karma Cop videos!!!

where I'm from the left lane is a passing lane and you don't stay in it. Obviously, not everyone follows that because they're stupid but at the end of the day, you should move over to let faster more impatient drivers by instead of taking up space in the fast lane.
Is way to common for damned sure.
If everyone would just travel in the furthest right-hand Lane using the other lanes only to pass it would make our interstates a lot safer. The people who just pick a lane and put their blinders on are being stupid and dangerous. It's easier to lose focus like that..
@@mattsmith1318 that's the law in austria... keep right,, but many assholes take the middlelane with minor speed..
Key word in that sentence: SHOULD.
Passing lane means passing someone who is going under the speed limit. Too many jack holes think it’s the “speed limit doesn’t apply to me” lane. F.O. and slow down
11:02 HATE left lane campers !!! You going speed limit camp on the middle lane!
They were passing a semi. Does no one noticed this? The semi moved over but of course once the a-hole is tailgating you know they're gonna whip around before you can move out of the way, and they did. And if you're behind a cop, you're an idiot to try and go faster... not that they physically could.
5:33 it's called ZIPPER, Reißverschluss, in Germany and you have to drive until the two lanes become one.
So you are wrong. So totally WRONG.
It's called coercion.
My biggest pet peeve is when drivers stay in the passing lane (or high speed lane) and there’s no cars to pass!! Whyyyyyy??!! Move the heck over!!
I'm with you 100% but it's worse when it's the semis that do it
@@liltree2007 yessss!! You’re soooo right!! In my state, it’s illegal for them to stay in the fast lane unless they’re passing. They can get a huuuuge ticket or fine if they are caught.
Sorry, the speed limit is the same for ALL lanes! Its people like you in this video thinking you own the road!!
@@hendol249 and it’s ppl like YOU who stay posted in the FAST LANE, who get tickets, cuz you’re not passing! There’s a reason it’s called the FAST LANE. It’s not called “ Take a leisurely drive” lane.

Yes. That was one very stupid move. Pull up beside in the center median and merge into another car that's in the lane ahead. Some people are their own worst enemy!
Cammer Karen is just as guilty, knew that the lane was ending and just had to be in front, seen it many over the 22yrs that I drove a Semi.
@@RiverRatWA57 as guilty as what? She was entirely ahead of the person when the lane ended. As soon as those lines go away, it's one lane and the game is over. The explorer driver was 100% in the wrong. Was it a bit of a jerk move by the cammer? Maybe, but again, 100% legal. The explorer was getting some revenge. I'm not saying the cammer was good for cutting in, but in the case of the accident, no reason or justification for it.
@@timmilus84 from 22yrs of hauling refrigerated OTR across the country I've seen this maneuver everywhere Entitled Kyle's and Karen's that race up on the right, be it in an ending lane or on the shoulder just to be in front.
Personally I have enjoyed turning the tables on A$$Holes like that and closing the door on them.
@@RiverRatWA57 I would agree with you if they were next to each other at the merge, but they weren't. I'm not saying I applaud the cammer, but as soon as the merge is complete people need to hit the reset button. The accident was caused by retaliation, not the initial person jumping in front. All I'm saying is the law is on the side of the cammer in this video. The explorers did very little to close the door and let emotion take over after the fact.
03:15 - that's here in New Zealand in the Wairarapa region. Not only did the silver car drive recklessly in the rain, he was impatient (like a lot of idiots) and overtook on yellow lines (illegal). I hope the submitter of the clip gave this to the Police. His number plates are easy to identify and the cops could issue a number of infringements for that sort of lunatic driving.
It’s the old ‘I’m all broken-down’ gambit after being caught speeding; that doesn’t fool anyone anymore. Nice try, chuckles! 😝
A truck driver in yanksville and never seen a police chase before ! Wow
Outside of certain major cities, they are actually fairly uncommon.
I'm guessing the mans wife who was merging near the 9:48 mark didn't use her turn signals when doing so. When lanes end people seem to like to wait until the last minute and barge their way in with no turn signal. This lady did have the room to move over but, I bet didn't signal. For the record, merging traffic NEVER has the right of way. It is up to the merging traffic to signal and mover over safely. You can't be certain the people in the other lane are aware your lane is ending. Some people think one or two blinks of the signal is okay or can just force their way over because they are on. With that said it still didn't give that other vehicle the right to come up and sideswipe this lady.
No it didn't give her the right to but appears the wife was pushing it instead of just getting in line trying to get ahead as much as she could so I don't feel all that bad for her.
@@arox4133 Falling in behind the SUV: 1 second of your time.

Zipper merge buddy. I dont understand the why people get so but hurt when others merge in front of them.
@@DailyHarleyRider to be honest, I think both are in the wrong in the end for how they handled it. The wife for pushing ahead like that and then the other for choosing to pull up next to them like that.
@@DailyHarleyRider I have no problem at all with people merging in front of me. I'm one of the few that actually slow down to let people in but, it does irk me when that same person I let in can't have the common decency to use their turn signal. Especially when they are in the lane that is ending and are required by law to use their signal. I find myself using my turn signal when no one is even around me because it is so ingrained in my habits. What I find is about 90% of the people I meet are nice but, at the same time 90% of the drivers are inconsiderate @sses. The math doesn't add up but, it seems to be the case. I believe that traffic laws are mostly common sense laws to keep people courteous to each other.
6:53 made me laugh way too hard. They're both idiots.
@6:58 I know it's nowhere near a sports sedan or a sport SUV. But that understeer was comically bad.

People who own and drive a family van, (any car), usually driving with kids in their van, speed and swerve around traffic risking their kids life, should have their drivers license taken away. I’ve seen it too many times on the city streets or the freeways and it’s the mom or dad doing that. I’ve seen them get too close to other drivers bumper and honk at the drivers to hurry up or move out of the way. And if they get to their destination safely, they think it’s ok to drive like a race car driver all the time, they’ll keep doing it. @3:40, I really hope that driver was alone in that family van. 🤦🏻♀️
Agreed! One did that to me last week. She was 6” from my bumper and got brake checked. Then had the nerve to get out of her car and ask me why I brake checked her wit her keeds in da car. I had a few choice words for her. I’m a 55+ female. Don’t come at me with your bs. Drive like you have a brain. If you cared about your kids you would not have been cutting people off swerving through traffic on their bumpers. Lie when it suits them.
I love this channel because you split up each one on the timeline. Cheers !
"not legal in Texas" Is that actually legal anywhere?

@@boost_is_happiness6011 -- If it was a Battalion Chief, it was probably more important to check the occupants of the vehicles in the collision for injuries before heading over to manage a fire response. Others on scene at the fire are capable of running things until the chief gets there, but leaving the scene of a collision that might have injuries runs afoul of the laws in many places. Even for first responders headed elsewhere.

3:00 why do people hide their cameras like their doing something wrong? I hate it when they do that! If your going to record something then record! If not then stop wasting time! Who wants to see the dashboard!
In some places, holding the phone is a violation.
In Germany this could be VERY expensive.
in my state (Maryland) using a hand-held cell phone in any manner while driving is illegal. the exception is hands-free bluetooth calls. the driver could have gotten a ticket and points if the cops saw him.
We need a new emphasis in the USA on maintaining your lane while turning at intersections.
1. Slow way down BEFORE the turn you intend to make.
2. The lower velocity should help you make the needed number of steering wheel turns to keep your motor vehicle in your lane while turning.
3. Stay in your lane, after completing the turn, for several motor vehicle lengths to ensure that the far left or far right lane you desire to enter is not occupied by another motor vehicle.
Also a lot of these videos show people who seem oblivious about other traffic when they suddenly decide to make a U-Turn from the right lane. It is as if they think they are the only driver on the road, or they feel the responsibility rests with others to avoid hitting them.
I personally think people should have to take a driving class every 5 years to renew their license or they cannot legally drive.
Slow way down before the turn you intend to take. Yes only if you have a turn in Lane, because if you don’t have a turning lane then you will have to slow down on the main road which is a big no-no if the main road is like 60 miles an hour. Also yes slow down if you have some type of shoulder to go onto before the turn. People will tell you not to slow down on the main highway then make your turn, that just makes more accidents happen.
@@killereria9945 for certain people yes but not for everyone.
Yes, yes, yes! This happened to me a few months ago. Double lefthand turn lanes. The guy next to me started coming over into my lane 1/2 way through the turn. I had to slam on the brakes to keep from colliding with him, and I blasted the horn at him. After the turn he went all the way over to the righthand lane on a divided 6 lane highway. I got up to him, lowered my window, and he had the nerve to yell at me wondering why I didn't move over! And there were even dashed lines on the pavement to guide you through the turn! Idiot!
0:37 Might as well be a Saturn commercial cause I want one now 🤣 Pretty much indestructible 🤷🏽♂️

By the look of things the DC’er is a regular at blocking the lane to prevent normal passage of traffic.
12:42 The gray car was upset at the minivan for littering... So, their response... was to also litter?
I think they were aiming for the open window... Would have been epic if they hit their target.

Yeah, having a train horn on your car is still a jackass thing to do. So the car in front was in the wrong but what about everyone else around them having a freaking heart attack? They weren't using it right anyway. They weren't preventing an accident, they were throwing a fit over a stupid move that had already happened. I understand wanting to honk at an idiot but you can't honestly claim it was helping. Cammer just wants to feel like a big man so he installs a deafening and terrifying horn and honks it when people displease him. You expect a regular car horn on the road, not a freaking freight train suddenly rushing right past you. What a great way to whip up a nice road rage incident.

Ideally you wanna change lanes (if it's safe to do so) whenever there's a traffic stop like in the 1st clip.
The clip is from Arizona and it actually is a law here. You have to move over (if able) or slow down for all emergency vehicles
@@RMac-gp9hu Same here in Montana. (I believe most, if not all, states have a "move over, slow down" law.)

0:34 how’s that distracted driving when it’s green?
It's distracted driving because they clearly didn't notice the vehicle stopped in the lane ahead of them. Just because it is green doesn't mean the lane is clear. Left lane is the passing lane, not the fast lane dummy.
Depends on where you are. There are places with a left-side exit lane or junction, and if one is approaching such, the left lane is perfectly acceptable. Also, some locations only require moving over if one is obstructing a set number of vehicles, or driving slower than the posted speed limit.

Regarding the "not legal in Texas" motorcycle trying to pass everyone: That isn't legal in California or Oregon, either. In fact, one morning I was driving to work in California, which involved me driving on Peabody Road past the prison in Vacaville. In front of the prison was a large sign, and those of us who drove that route knew there was usually a motorcycle officer hiding behind the sign. Well, one morning there was a long string of us driving down Peabody Road, and it was slow going due to construction. A guy on a motorcycle decided he didn't want to wait like the rest of us, so he passed all of us on the right shoulder - and was promptly tagged by the motorcycle officer from behind the sign. Judging from the victory salutes I saw from cars in front of me no one was sympathetic.

It was not easy to see, but if you run the clip at 1/4 speed you can easily see the tow truck had a good amount of space in front of the rig before the crossover and then in a couple of seconds you see the crossover's brake lights come on and the tow truck did so as well. The incident was 100% on the crossover.
I swear some of these people are clinically blind...
H6 Baja, bad merge. You had to yield. BTW, is it really an H6? Wanta sell it?
Oh, I watched the rest. Ya, she's 100% at fault. Can't do vehicular assault cause of a bad merge that occurred 10 seconds ago.
First guy listening to team America…..fu*k yea!
I understand why people would like to see instant karma for brake checking and tailgaiting, but who cares if someone speeds if they don't hit anyone?
Because speeding - going faster than other traffic, not simply going faster than the number on the sign - forces other drivers to take measures to protect themselves that aren't always safe in the long run. You might not hit anyone _that time_, but the drivers around you get to swerve, hit the brakes, etc. to avoid you.
Every time you speed, you're also misteaching yourself that your stupid, stupid, stupid, STUPID unnecessary risk-taking is safer than it is. Nobody is saying that you're going to crash every time you speed; they're saying that the risk of speeding is significantly higher than the risk of not speeding, and most of the risk is not to you but to innocent third parties. Same goes for distracted driving; same goes for drunk driving. You'll get away with it until one day you won't, and that day you'll kill someone. Can't see saving ten seconds on a commute is remotely worth 50 years of guilt, which I guarantee you will be the inevitable price you will pay.
@@mehere8299 Meh. Don't buy it in most cases, at least not in the videos I've watched.
@@sudonymh Because they can never seem to speed just a little. If they're just going faster, it's not a big deal. But when something comes whizzing past you, it's startling. And startling a driver is generally considered to be a bad idea. You wanna go faster? By all means go faster. But whipping by so quickly that you startle people and make it impossible to enter the lane to pass someone else... that just makes you a menace.
Bottom line, the only people rationalizing speeding are people who want everyone else to tell them there's nothing wrong with it so they don't have to feel any guilt. Most people don't go exactly the speed limit but there should be a maximum speed even going over the posted limit.
depends on how fast. 10over is fine. 30 over is dangerous
