Hasn't this stadium already been roughly 12 years in the making as of the release of this video? I would liken it to the Nou Mestalla in Spain except at least that venue actually BROKE GROUND!! They have been talking about a new facility being built exclusively for AS Roma for over a decade now but it's no more than a pipe dream. So that being said I'm at a loss as to why someone would put this video together in the first place? (Unless they know something we don't ... )
