Run a CUBE short shifter on the Toyota box in my HK. Beautiful machining, super easy to instal, great people to deal with and really short turnaround. Very recommended.

Waiting for the parts to fall out the sky (marketplace). Either one i end up using is going to have a shifter kit defiantly. Never going back to an aussie 4 speed.😆

Nah they suck hard on Falcons, my EL came with a short shifter but a shitty flEbay special... the two front bolts are a bitch to access without dropping the cross member because of where they are located in the tranny tunnel, so the previous owner drilled two holes above those bolts(the only dodgy mod from him that was useful)for easy access to them.
That clutch is going to have a SHORT life with those big rpm changes lol…

Think the brass bush in your Short shifter kit will definitely tighten things up but can also cause a bit more drive train noise " racecar" .

Those "allen key bolts" are called capscrews and the dome/button top ones are called machine screws.
