Can you make a gigantic volcano cake with little fondant dinosaurs? My nephew is turning six soon and he would love something like that. I know you had made a dinosaur cake already, but he wanted multiple dinosaurs. This would help me so much. I love your work!
Vachelle Hanson you could just make a flat sheet of cake for the ground, and then make a cake tower with sloping edges and either frost or cover in fondant accordingly and then put on little plastic dinos on the ground-cake. Not sure if this would help, but I hope you can make the perfect cake for your nephew! :)

Just a tip for that, I would try to get like oval-like shapes then get like a shaping tool thing (I'm not good at English because that is too difficult for my brain) and kinda shape the bodies and get different colours or get white and dye it. And try having reference pictures, that USUALLY helps. And depending on what he likes you could do cartoon or realistic (I think cartoon is easier and realism is the max difficulty, I dunno though, depends on what you're used to). Sorry if this was long I like helping with stuff like this :'D. And tell him a Happy birthday!! Or yeah.. XD

Jazzy S a cake isnt really good for a dog, try a peanut butter chocolate free cookie. thats what i did with my dog a few years ago. just make sure there is no chocolate

I believe that your cake may be too dry, I'm a baker and after leveling and cutting it into two parts. It usually only cracks or breaks when the cake is too dry. You can remedy this by using simple syrup or adding more liquid to the batter before baking, and try baking it at a lower temp. Example: If at 350 go down to 325 but bake for 5 extra minutes. ( Decrease temp by 25 degrees and bake for 5 extra minutes) Best of luck to you with your cakes❤
I usually give it to friends & family, or to *cough* JEREMY *cough* before he put a BAN on my cake donations. 😤😂 When all else fails, I'll usually donate it to a local event or charity so that nothing goes to waste! 😉🙌

Whenever I cut my cakes in to 2 layers, if I pick them up, they break, how do you move them without having them break/crack????
I believe that your cake may be too dry, I'm a baker and after leveling and cutting it into two parts. It usually only cracks or breaks when the cake is too dry. You can remedy this by using simple syrup or adding more liquid to the batter before baking, and try baking it at a lower temp. Example: If at 350 go down to 325 but bake for 5 extra minutes. ( Decrease temp by 25 degrees and bake for 5 extra minutes)

I usually give it to friends & family, or to *cough* JEREMY *cough* before he put a BAN on my cake donations. 😤😂 When all else fails, I'll usually donate it to a local event or charity so that nothing goes to waste! 😉🙌
