Honesfly, I can legimately seeing UltraM letting BF go scot free if they did the 3 songs as usually seen. But as you said, because BF ran away after the 2nd song BF essentially broke his deal and ultimately granted UltraM the permission to outright kill him, ironically after what's really their 3rd song they sung.

Don't worry, it's surely due to Ultra M sprite being so big that the camera has to backup a lot so there's more thing on screen
