Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. The fact that xenophanes actually struggles to kill bf throughout THE ENTIRE MOD while ultra m could have killed him whenever he wanted to.

kind of a result of one of the teams playing along with the bf plot armor gag and the other making their character op asf.
i don’t mind it though, an actual bad ending is refreshing.
Ultra M got the one thing Xeno Doesn’t. The ability to take the girl’s powers bye bye. Oh and the realization depression and anger can distract from a threat. Considering the fact boyfriend had no idea he was about to get the Ron treatment right then.
Ur wrong, mostly XENOPHANES is more powerfull than Ultra M, he just dosent know how to use most of his powers

The fact that EXE replaced omega is actually pretty based. Both had their original songs scrapped, but ended up (being planned to) have their own thing (EXE’s sprite gallery and Omega’s appearance in Allstars.)

Don't get me wrong but this mod is really good but it's not put together well, the sprites are sometimes overlapping in certain songs, some look really weird like exe in act 3, and the mod feels like it was put together under a certain time limit like a project done at the last second. It's a good mod but it just needs more effort
