This dining room is great and reminds me of my great aunt's house when I was growing up. All the furniture looks gorgeous, like well-made pieces that stay in the family, not ikea stuff you toss after 5 years. The rug you chose is beatiful.
Nope if you even have grandkids this is a bad idea it will get stained one night of spaghetti could ruin it.get sliders for the table an chairs too protect the wood from scratching
@@simplysoutherncottage I have had carpets in my dining room since 1996 and I've hated it. You must make a lot of money so that you can afford the price of cleaning that carpet. That is not affordable for a couple who are in their 20s and are E2s. That means Active Duty and Enlisted, Airmen. And now I have grandchildren, 10 & 7, I now work at the VA hospital as does my boyfriend, still cannot afford it and guess what...no carpet, for the first time ever, in the dining room and I love it!
