David duke is harmless
Polite, respectful, friendly bigots are scary. Very well done
they're way scarier than the outwardly bigoted ones.
They're basically like Nazis. Incredibly friendly and respectful if you suit their world view, but truly despicable on the inside.
dont know about that. the outwardly ones are more likely to be violent.

love this movie, it made me realize im a blazing racist
I'm pretty sure everything in this movie was fictionalized except for very very small amount of it.
I would think the bomb being placed at his girlfriends house was fictional but it wouldn't suprise me if something like that did relate to the case.
I mean racists usually are real life joke figures so I wouldn't be so sure.
Well. Some small parts were fiction and alot of things were changed for the sake of the story but the core narrative was still there
these phone calls were dramatised but the real ron stalworth did talk to david duke over the phone multiple times
It was heavily fictious. It was mostly an outlet for Spike Lee to try to make black people feel empowered (as if our media doesn't do that enough) and basically do SNL/ Daily Show level "white people food ain't be seasoned" jabs at us
