1 कप बेसन (250 ग्राम) / 1 Cup Besan ( 250G )
1/2 कप समोलिना (175 ग्राम) / 1/2 Cup Samolina ( 175G )
1 चम्मच सौंफ / 1 tsp Fennel
1/2 चम्मच अजवाइन / 1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा / 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 चम्मच नियमित नमक / 1/2 tsp Regular Salt
1/2 चम्मच काला नमक / 1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/2 चम्मच घी / 1/2 tsp Ghee
1 चम्मच तेल / 1 tsp Oil
1/2 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 कप पानी / 1.5 Cup Water
1 चम्मच अदरक चॉप / 1 tsp Ginger Chop
