Ingredients :-
For Batter:-
1/2 Cup - Whole Green Moong Dal
1 Inch - Ginger
1 - Green Chilli
2 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
5-6 Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp - Coconut Powder
3/4 Cup/200Ml - Water
Salt as per Taste
For Stuffing :-
100 Gm - Paneer
1 Tsp - Coriander Leaves
1 - Small Onion
1 - Small Tomato
1/4 Tsp - Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1 Tsp - Chat Masala
1/4 Tsp - Pepper Powder

I normally prepare this dosa but i add little rice n urad dal while soaking, inside stuffing is a good idea. Over all a very healthy recipe
