1 चम्मच सौंफ के बीज / 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 चम्मच साबुत जीरा / 1/2 tsp Whole Cumin
1/3 चम्मच सरसों / 1/3 tsp Mustard
1/3 चम्मच काले प्याज के बीज / 1/3 tsp Black Onion Seeds
4 साबुत लाल मिर्च / 4 ea Whole Red Chilli
मेथी के 15 टुकड़े / 15 Pieces of Methi

300 ग्राम प्याज / 300g Onion
50 मिली सरसों का तेल/ 50ml Mustard Oil
5 साबुत इलायची / 5 ea Whole Cardamom
3 दालचीनी के टुकड़े / 3 Pieces of Cinnamon
1 किलो चिकन / 1 kg Chicken
1 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर / 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 चम्मच कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर / 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
