I wanted to try but now, I think, the wait is over. Sometimes it so happens the youtubers get v excited n speak v loudly n fastly. So the interest is gone the moment u hear loud voice. I don't boil any. I just put panch phoron and saute the veggies in the pan. Put the longest cooking veggie first and then keep adding then. Boiling leads to a lot of loss of nutrients. I also keep it dairy free.
