Absolutely correct. This suggest the CJI as colligium selecting Judges to introspect and prudent way to adopt theselection process.
Judges must be sober, balanced and self-controlled. They must be unbiased.
Don't worry, CJI wil invite PM for Deepavali festival.
In my personal observation the Karnataka Judge is very Impartial and decide the cases on merits with deep legal knowledge and experience as a District Judge. He is a worthy judge.

Honble Madurai HC Judge tried to protect or support his colleague and in that acted inappropriately out of over enthusiasm. The inappropriateness and over enthusiasm are the culprits. The authority or the chair he occupied forced him to be crude in his comments. Sri Wilson's experience and his character played a major role in controlling himself. Well done Sri Wilson. Let the Honble Judge learn a lesson.
Now a days some of the Judges in the High Courts as well as in the Supreme Court are coming out with statements or observations which are out of the constitution and definitely to be avoided. It is high time to have some kinds of codes of contacts for Hon'ble Judges also.
Justice Chandra Chud should be tested first, in the recent post no justice has has been justified for so many problems in India. If they can take up they can take up jaggi's case voluntarily they can take so many so many others like cauvery water issue, electoral bond issue and EVM issue, most of the judges are one sided. 😢

This is prevalent in all societies, within work and social environments, more distinct in a diverse environment such as Tamil Nadu. This is an ongoing struggle which won't be achieved anytime in the near future as the society itself enjoys use of such derogatory terms when describing about ones who are inflicting pain on the society, not realizing that such miscreants aren't ones which get along with the values being abided by the society at that particular point of time, being a victim of past rigid customs and traditions themselves. We need to provide better work environments for the court judges across India, which is severely understaffed. Obviously, I do understand that the purpose of this one video is to talk ill of one of the judges mentioned in this video due to troubles it is giving to the current government with the judges being custodians of justice. On the other hand, I do appreciate the several lawyers who wrote letters as a sign of protest to the rest of judiciary, believing a fruitful resolution can be brought forward within the existing judicial system, we don't want such people to talk ill of the government system which the ordinary citizen has a lot of belief in.
