Nice operation. Keep testing and adjusting. That helps keep it from becoming boring work for you. Man that splitter can split faster then getting wood to it and from it.
Great choice on the splitting bucket!! Fill it to where you can dump it and you'll probably see productivity increase!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Sticky pedal no problem.. just mount a spring to pull back underneath.. I had the same problem with my hydrostatic forklift.. oil helped but the spring worked..
@@FirewoodontheHill The pedal will not return on one and it won't go down on the other because debris gets underneath. My first idea was a bucket to put the pedal in with a hole for your foot. My second idea is to put a block of wood on each side of the pedal to stop debris.
I've been watching your videos for a while ! Entertaining and informative ! Nice splitters ! I'd be possibly a bit more concerned about your Kioti peddle sticking ! Could end up being a real safety issue ! I'd get after Kioti manufacturing...when push comes to shove...tell them you'd like a 100 % refund or fix it !!! They know that their tractors have an issue ...its just too costly to fix all the tractors ! They will denie as long as they can ! Usually a squeaky wheel gets some grease !!!! Hope you get it fixed soon !! Keep up your good video's !😊
ditch the conveyor and push straight off the splitter into the bucket. load it where the tractor will handle it and you will save time and get more done.
Nice splitting action. Setting those goals however small they may be is working out well for me! Thanks for sharing Matt👊🏻
Great man! You gotta keep pushing yourself! Nobody else will.
It's a bit easier to hit those goals when you have two fabulous machines waiting to help process the wood!!
This is very true!

Yessir the splitter is the fastest part of the process.

Sawing with Sandy made a firewood log deck for cutting firewood.

I will have to look into that. Thanks

The spring idea sounds good and the oil, but the manufacturer should tell you what to do.

Good splitting session 👍 Nice talk about the kioti too 😊 Good to see how your firewood operation is evolving and growing.
Thank you!

Thanks for watching! Yeah it can be a safety hazard but it doesn’t do it too often.
@@FirewoodontheHill sure hope you or your family don't get hurt !
I am going to need a conveyer soon .
You can find a cheap one on marketplace!

I will figure out the wood levels soon enough. The problem with splitting straight in is that it wouldn’t pile it for me.
That Was a nice Introduction between the 2 Machines,
Thank you!
Nice work Matt. How you coming on your cord a week. Still good or need to play catch up?
Thanks and I’m ahead of the game! Two cords ahead so far! I’ve had 2 days where I split an extra cord.
Good choice of splitting music.
Thanks
Need to raise the splitter up - al that bending/reaching will catch up to you
Yeah that’s why I don’t like splitting from that side.
