@@celsiusfahrenheit1176 Ive been stuck with mine in both shoulders for 3 years. My MRI showed no tears but I think MRI with contrast is more accurate so it could be torn. Not sure what to do either but u arent alone

Im swiss and my mom put me on ski from 2 and half years old. I played ice hockey college till 17 with some ice time with pros. Anyway, girls and beer 😂😂😂my hockey career took an end. I was since 6 yo a fight sport enthusiastic but it was non existent in my tiny swiss town. At 23, in 2009, I moved to the UK to learn ENG and as london is plenty of mma gyms, there i went. Im now 37 and been training mma which i was always dreaming of. However im currently watching this vid while having my first meal post surgery cause I messed-up my shoulder in wrestling. I cant wait to heal and go back 😢😢😢😢

Headed back to the mountain that put so much metal in me in 2 months. Don’t let anything stop you

I feel ya.. I had surgery in my back for 3 different conditions, on 2 levels of vertebrae.. likely i will never heal :/ I’ve had pain for 2 years now and went from a strong successful young man, to a bitter lonely shriveled shameful drug user. It’s the worst feeling, and I hope your knee gets better.
