Little update: the day after I asked for your prayers my mom and I joined the church we’ve been going to for a while (we’ve recently moved). As a part of the new members induction, we were instructed to declare that we’d denounce and renounce any previous covenants made with any other entities…isn’t that something!? I was grinning from ear to ear! I am still praying that the Lord speaks to her about intentionally separating herself from AKA but I was SHOOK at how fast that request came to pass lol. God is so good and faithful, just wanted to remind you all. Thank you so much for your prayers ❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@avibecallednellezWOW!!! Praise God!!!! God is soooo good!!!The Lord don’t play about idolatry. My friend asked me to be in her wedding. She’s a delta and I felt off abt it, but still accepted as her maid of honor.
Fast Fwd a few months and I really started to feel off abt it. I prayed and asked the Lord if He wanted me to be in her wedding.
4 days later she called me and told me she called the wedding off😮 God answers quickly!!!!!

I had Alpha friends who wanted me to pledge back in college. Then years later, when asked by a Kappa pastor if I was Greek, I answered, “No, I’m Hebrew!” I got no response from my answer, except a snicker from another Kappa pastor. The whole defensive thing is idolatry, when they don’t get offended when people come at the Bible that way.
It is worth the snicker, I mean provided 'Hebrew' is actually a language. Smh

I’d still recommend being baptized by someone with spiritual authority. He should find a church
Any true believer has spiritual authority. He doesn’t need to find a church. He can have Bible study in his home with a couple of believers. We are the CHURCH!
@@jamieskirvin2003 his dad didn’t even want him to get baptized and he had to read it as he went so there was no conviction. And the Bible also says where 3 or more are gathered and it was just those two and neither knew what they were doing. Even if he doesn’t go to a church, he should do it again correctly.
God is the judge of "correct" baptisms and He approved of this one. So, let's move forward. 🙏🏽
