Great filing system. I don’t keep paper receipts usually unless it’s something I might return but thats also because I only use debit so I can see exactly how much I’m spending and when by checking my mobile app.
I don't keep paper receipts for personal purchases but it is required for business transactions to keep them in case you get audited!

Love this vlog. I even love you even said you have to keep up with your bookkeeping because I have a big zip bag with all the receipts and I need to organize it lol.

For the apartment tour It's important to include how heat & air conditioning is handled. How can the resident control? Is the heat/ air turned on & off for the entire building with the season's change?
