My only criticism is that, compared to the BB E4 theme that goes for a similar vibe but builds up into its flow, you expect a beat drop from the start of Alola’s with the pauses, only for it to hit with a drop about as soft as a Wooloo. I know most of the instruments are meant to sound distant to make it sound somewhat haunting, but that doesn’t exactly make for a good opener without a strong beat imo.
Sun and moons elite four is very intense so that’s probably why they get you fired up, their theme is a banger though same with BW, that got me fired up when I battled em
I forgot about Gen 9s Elite Four theme, it was so good it could of been cleared as the Gym Leader theme instead cos I’m not really a fan of the Gym Leader theme but I do like the part when the crowd goes woah ohhha ohhh! at the end
@@infinite6055 The Unova E4 sounds mostly intact, despite some channels being off, but a quick glance at Johto shows drastic alterations. Audio quality being better outside of the game is only natural
My top 3: 1.) BDSP/Sinnoh... Sinnoh is my home region, so it's more nostalgic for me. Although the DPPT version hits harder IMO. 2.) BW/Unova... It just hits hard, but it's not #1 for me. 3.) HGSS/Johto... It's good, I just wished they had a remake so I can hear an updated version.

No idea what's up, but the Johto and Unova Elite Four themes don't play correctly. Sounds like some sound channels were turned off
