      You can soak dates In little water or coconut milk or cut them in pieces.
      But agree, otherwise few times dates doesn’t blend .

      But it’s better ,you it one fruits at a time becoze

    Very delicious recipes but I always confused about the fact that as per Ayurveda do not mix different types of fruits as their digestion time and enzymes produced are different. Please clear my doubt.

      Satvik movement suggests 16 hour fasting.. so if your last meal was at 7 pm.. morning bf meal at 11 am... gives 4 hours for fruit to freeze even if u put it in at 7

    Your videos are good. Just one feedback- you put too much pressure and effort while speaking. It doesn't look natural, but forced. Try to keep you kr voice modulation a bit softer and it will sound so good :)

    No doubt the channel is giving healthy lifestyle goals , but it's more of a vegan lifestyle than sattvik as milk and milk products come under sattvik food( using the traditional techniques)

    My kids love the palak smoothie bowl. We load it with seasonal fruits on the top. It's a once a month Sunday treat in our house.
