Hoping for some help, my app does not show my furnace, unless the furnace is on, and once it is off, the furnace icon disappears. does anyone know how to keep it on the app?
Can you show me some screenshots of what you’re talking about? I’d love to help but I need a little more information which you mean by it doesn’t show your furnace unless the furnace is on really doesn’t make sense to me. If you could give me some screenshots I’d love to help.

My Micro-Air runs all three of my AC units. Also, the most recent update has the unit numbers in the upper right corner on the thermostat. The app is different.
Yes, they’ve done another update since this video some minor changes and you are correct I run mine separately because they were run that way when the manufacturer put them in from Forest River
