    how are you calculating auxiliary winding voltage and current? In the video, you assumed that.

      auxiliary voltage are calculated based on the PWM IC's UVLO upper limit (Overload Protection) voltage value at the maximum power output of the converter
      for example the smps is designed to produce 20 watt output. at that point the auc winding must provide voltage equal to or slightly above than the IC's VCC upper limit

    Please how to calculate the air gap in flyback topology and how to introduce the air gap on the transformer because all the flyback transformer I see is gum together with gum no space between the two core legs

    Hello :) I have noticed that all presented methods choose different kind of core. I mean that for this application we cannot to mark one type of core out. Why is there difference between these methods?

      yes dear, there are various approaches. discussed WaAp method that is fourth power
      and
      i discussed core Geometry (Kg method) that is fifth power
      please check video number 430 that is specially for fourth power calculation
