@@GulfCoastGirl I see more videos to watch! I’m super excited. Already showed my kids, they too love those little niche shops and great restaurants. Good to see them now before we go bc when we get there we usually don’t find the good places lol
Thanks for the video. We are visiting Orange Beach in June. I was going to purchase a tarp or canopy for our family. However....we have been told only umbrellas are allowed. We were planning on walking right outside our condo onto the beach and setting up. Do you know of such restrictions? Thanks so much!
I hadn't heard of those restrictions, I see canopi on the beach, I spend most of my beach time in Pensacola Beach but that would be strange if they had that rule. Have a great trip!!
I love them both. Fantastic area! If I had to pick, I guess I'd take Orange Beach due to the location near Florabama and also that's where The Gulf restaurant is. :)
It seems like a whole lot of paying going on at Gulf Shore and Orange Beach. Pensacola beach and Destin beach are better options. Plus the Mississippi coast beach is more laid back.
Parking is more of a cost in Alabama, but it's still a lovely place. I love it all--Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, Panama City, Biloxi/Gulfport, Orange Beach, Perdido, Gulf Shores, etc. The whole place stole my heart. :)
This area is beautiful water too, when we have storms anywhere along the coast the water is not as pretty it gets stirred up but mostly its heavenly :)
I was wondering the same. Btw in y’all honest opinion, is Orange Beach like staying at Turqouise Place or gulf shore like renting a beach house, more “luxurious” as far as the area? Trying to decide between Orange or Gulf but we haven’t been to either. We are use to Rosemary and PCB area. Thanks for your help!
Lived in So. AL 67 years. Gulf Shores is more for families and older adults. If your under 30 and looking for a party, this is not the place for you. Most rentals have age limits of 25-30 to rent including hotels, and its not cheap. No alcohol on beaches until spring breaks are over, leave your thong/skimpy swim suits, drugs, entitled attitude at home, this can get you ticketed/arrested.
Yes vlogging them yes and Carnival Libery and Carnival Conquest, in Feb we have another cruise on NCL Encore which I had wanted to go on but was a covid cancel back in the day, we are getting excited 😊
Girl! You are so talented. Your video footage is AMAZING!!! Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven. BTW, I live here!🐪
You live in paradise!! Thanks for your kind words 😊
I love these little shops that go all out to be so neat and creative!
Me too!!
"leave only footprints" great sign, I will adopt it, thanx good video
Yes makes sense!
I have friends from Wichita, Kansas that moved there years ago. They just rave about this place! Guess I need to visit!
Oh yes, please do. And get over to Pensacola Beach as well. The whole coast is an absolute treasure.
Another lovely tour! Yessss watching right now, thank you
Thanks, its a great area, there is more in that area I may have to go back and do another video :)

Enjoyed very much....been there a few times on vacation and loved it..........I hope there is a part 2 coming............
It's a slice of heaven, to be sure. We plan on getting back over there soon to see what's new!
Would you recommend orange beach or gulf shore beach to stay in?
@@marcos-be1wj Orange Beach............
Those are the best beaches😍
That water is so clear . I am only 3 or 4 hours away. I’m thinking about going
It's lovely, I want to head back again. it's so much to see if you only have a little time in the area, have a nice visit!
@@GulfCoastGirl nice ! I am going to check it out . I’m in Columbus. So , I will be coming soon
Beautiful area! We are in Elberta about to move to Foley. Wonderful people, too!
It really is lovely 😍 good luck with your move!!
I grew up in Fairhope, you'll love Foley . The lower half of Baldwin County is basically one big city now !
@@GulfCoastGirl update: we moved to Gulf Shores! Closer to the beach!
That is fantastic!! Congrats on your move 😉gulf shore is absolutely amazing!!
Awesome video, thanks and cheers from Montreal Quebec Canada

Great video
Thanks 😊
Thanks 😊 it is a lovely place to visit!
Enjoy your channel!
I'm so glad to hear it. Thank you!
Great video.
Thank you!! 😊
It looks like Florida! I wonder if its a bit cheaper to go to AL instead.
They are both touristy areas so prices are likely similar, and both have so much to do!
What season was this video?
Your videos are like being there in real lifw
Glad you enjoyed!!

Were there restrictions when you visited?
so can you access the beach directly if you were to stay at the hilton?
Both the Hilton Garden Inn and The Lodge at the Gulf State Park, a Hiltom Hotel in Gulf Shores have access to beach
Whats your preference Gulf Shore or Orange Beach? Been to CoastAL?

Pay to park usually have the best facilities in my opinion
It's worth it, I love having bathrooms nearby so I don't have to run to a gas station or something
@@GulfCoastGirl yes, definitely. I remember I paid 20.00 for one near Bonita Springs but so worth it.
Nicez who knew wow thanks
Thanks!!
The gulf state doesn’t look as clear as rosemary or destin beaches?
Disregard my comment lol
This area is beautiful water too, when we have storms anywhere along the coast the water is not as pretty it gets stirred up but mostly its heavenly :)
I love the comments!

You have a lot of good info thank you!
You are the one with the entitled attitude.
@@aaronm.1998 If you cant observe laws, dont come to AL beaches unless you want to see the inside of a Baldwin Co. jail for a week.
As it should be what would a 67 years wanna do all u mention
@@aaronm.1998 You would not fit in.
When is the best time of the year to go?
I love April and October for sure!! But depends if you love hot weather or ok with temperate !! Its a lovely area overall
Hi, how much is the parking charge for a day? Thankyou
OK, this is embarrassing, but I didn't check! :O
When’s the next cruise?
10 days away!! Then another in a couple weeks after, cannot wait!
@@GulfCoastGirl that’s awesome! I hope you decide to vlog them! Are they Carnival cruises?
Yes vlogging them yes and Carnival Libery and Carnival Conquest, in Feb we have another cruise on NCL Encore which I had wanted to go on but was a covid cancel back in the day, we are getting excited 😊
@@GulfCoastGirl wow that’s very exciting!
Wait to access public beach you have to pay?
Yes most of the beaches have pay lots. If you park at hangout and eat lunch there they will cover the parking at least they did when we were there
@@GulfCoastGirl I see it’s not admission to access beach it’s parking but if you walk over to the beach 🏝️ there’s no charge
Thanks
Clearwater Florida or Gulf shores / orange beach? Which would you prefer for kids?
They are both lovely!! I probably would pick Gulf Shores Orange Beach though for lots of variety! You probably can't go wrong 😀
@@GulfCoastGirl Thank you so much!
I went there before
Very cool!!
It was a hour ago
Nice hope you had a good time!
Definitely need to collab 🌎
Thanks for the kind words
I VIVE WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO PARK
I agree the parking is definitely a challenge in that area, I wish we didn't have to pay either
