Would the inner cause a vibration over rough roads or a noise if it's bad thank you

Have you checked your sway bar links? Usually those will start to make noise especially going into ver bumps or rough roads.

@BLUECOLLARGARAGE yes I bought lowered and heavy duty ones . It's better but still over rough roads it has a rattle .have all new engine mounts left and right plus rear transmission mount . New struts and top mounts

have u checked the wheel bearing? You'll hear a loud whirring sound first.
