  • I did a purification ritual in Bali at this sacred waterfall called Beji Griya. It is a famous ceremony among the locals in the island.
The waterfall is known by the hindu to be sacred and that by doing the whole ritual which has 6 sessions of purification and cleasing you can have life-changinging experiences after it.
The ritual is mostly done by locals so it feels very authentic and you have a local guide with you the whole time explaining everything to you. The sessions of the ritual are in different parts of the canyon and waterfall with different offerings in each of them. One of the sessions are under the waterfall while you have to scream 4 times.
It is a very interesting process and you truly feel peaceful at the end. The price of the whole thing was 300k per person. They charge to bring a go pro 100k.

Can we visit this place without doing the ritual?

Rafa! What a beautiful video! Had such a nice time with you at the purification. I wanted to say I really like the Balinese music you added in some of the last sections. Such a nice touch.

Rafa thanks so much! Being in Bali I looked for those authentic ceremonies in the mids of commerce. I went to Kanto Lampo waterfall adlnd felt the healing potential of this nature. I love the Balinese culture and for the 4 months spent there I did offerings nearly every day what gave me a bit of that grateful spirit. I also followed my friend doing daily offerings in Amed. I made a vlog about it hoping to inspire people as well to reach out for thise kind of experience. I feel that Balinese people have so much to teach us about beibg centred, offer, care of another and be humble . Watching your ritual I felt I am going through it as well 😃 this new moon in Scorpio 🙏🌜 obrigada, 🌊 I see how vlogging can transport this powerful experiences and knowledge. Makes me even more inspired to keep creating. 👍🍀Next time I will go there too.

Hi there! Thanks for such a nice, honest video. Did you hire the guide who made the ritual right at the spot? Or had to contact him in advance?

Hello Rafa, I read somewhere that part of the ritual you need to drink water not sure if its from the fountain, other blogs says to be careful on drinking any water in Bali, question did you drink in the waterfalls and was it safe?
