Throughout the 70s, Lowell became Elvis’s personal jeweler, close friend, and a member of the iconic Memphis Mafia. Lowell sits down with us and shares stories about his family’s jewelry legacy, how he met Elvis, and other stories about traveling and life on the road with Elvis.
Lowell keeps Elvis’s legacy alive today by continuing to sell jewelry replicas from the original molds he made for Elvis, so we can all own a little piece ourselves. You can even buy his jewelry at Graceland to this day!

Great video!!! I have seen Lowell Hays interviewed many times, but I have never heard the information he shared in this video about his father or the story about his daughter approaching Graceland for a license. I met Lowell for a few minutes in August 2023 at the Elvis complex across from Graceland. He was extremely generous with his time and interactions with Elvis fans and a very nice person. If you are able to interview Lowell again, I hope you ask him about the TCB diamond which Elvis had Lowell place in an engagement ring for Ginger Alden. This is a very important story in Elvis history and one which Lowell has rarely told on video. Based on some comments Lowell made in your interview, I would also be interested to know if Elvis had multiple pieces of jewelry made from the same mold other than the TCB and TLC necklaces. Lowell said something about Elvis giving away the same rings over and over again, so I am assuming these were Lowell originals which Lowell reproduced with the original molds. It would be mind blowing if Lowell would show us some of the invoices he referenced in the interview. You are all doing an amazing job of putting your guests at ease and allowing them to tell us stories which very few in the Elvis community have ever heard before. Keep up the great work!!!

Great interview Ladies...I have one of Lowell's TCB necklaces and the famous EP ring. Speaking of which...if you interview Lowell again I would really appreciate it if you could ask him about the EP ring, as I always think of mine as a replica from the 50s one that we see Elvis wearing in pictures. What is the story behind the 70s version, and is it identical to the 50s one? I've never seen Elvis wearing it in the 70s 🙏🙏🙏⚡️⚡️⚡️

The TCB ring that Lowell Hays sells looks nice, it is a lot better than what other businesses are passing off.
My question concerns the claim, since it comes with the "certificate of authenticity" card from Lowell claiming that his replica is the original size and from original molds; when his replica is smaller and different when compared to the original made for Elvis.
A video from Graceland archives demonstrates this best. The lady pulls Elvis' original TCB ring out of storage and holds it up to the camera. Elvis' ring is wider and the lightening bolts are different than what Lowell Hays is selling now.
