    Does Vancouver/Burnaby pre-con condos generally have interim occupancy fees prior to closing? If so, how much?

      what do you mean by interim occupancy fees? The only closing fee you will need to be aware is GST, PTT and lawyer fees prior to closing. GST and PTT are paid to the government not the developer

      In Ontario, interim occupancy fees entail monthly payments made by buyers of pre-construction condominiums to the developer. These payments occur before the unit is officially registered and ownership is transferred. Wondering if Vancouver has the same prior to closing? Asking as a potential buyer researching into BC

    Hi there
    If I put a deposit of 10% down , and close to completion I don’t get approved for a mortgage, would I be able to sell my contract & pay the re assignment fee?

      Hi there, yes it depends on the developers approval and what your current contract says. Sometimes they might not allow you to assign right before completion as they should specific time frame they will allow. Shoot me a n email vincent@vancityexperts.com if you have any more questions
