I am 16 and I emailed a big agent in my state and he gave me the opportunity to shadow for him. I’m very nervous and I find this video very helpful. Obviously I can’t start selling houses right away as a 16 year old but I’m assuming he will ask questions similar to these when I meet him. Thank you for the helpful video.
@@aaronfromhawaiiit was fantastic! We went to three homes, two of them were for sale and the other we did a house inspection. It was a great experience and I definitely would like to pursue a career in real estate. Unfortunately I haven’t found any work relating to the job but am looking forwards to turning 18 so I can get my license.
Now I’m working as a leasing agent at a property management company, the owner of the business kind of knows the agent I shadowed for so when I did the interview for his company, it probably helped a lot.

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family..
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

I recommend joining Year Up, program helps promote career based opportunities by teaching you college level course and fining internships related to your interest that 75% of the time leads u to have the job. If u don’t get the job where u interned at, they help you look for other positions relating to what you want to do. They help you as much as they can but when learning from them, it’s self pace. It’s all up to u on whether or not I want to complete it

That's a loaded question and we'll wait to see what happens long-term, but oil price drops will likely hit hard in energy-centric cities like Houston in the short term, and retail sales will likely get hurt short-term as well. Tough to tell what will happen in the long-term, but for now, the underlying supply/demand fundamentals in most US cities are still solid.
Those scammers they promise to make up to $50,000 profit within the space of 7 days with just $500 to invest and end up not even refunding your capital but she's a woman of integrity, with $500 she will tell you she can only make profit within the range of $4000 to $8,900 and she actually delivers ....she's great
