When putting the recoil spring back in- is there a specific way side It should go? I ask because the spring has a notched side and a not notched side. Does the the side with the notch face up or down?
I use the end of my magazine baseplate to help push out the slide stop. The little indent almost on the frame almost looks like it was made for it to fit
This was a great video. Straight to the point and no life story. Haha. Side question, I know most weapons don’t like to be dry fired, what is it about the CZ firing pin that makes it especially harmful to this pistol?
Always best to replace the roll pin with solid stainless. That will ensure firing pin retaining pin will not malform, because dry fire practice is essential. That is the only complaint I have with this pistol, inferior metal used on the pins.
Thanks Buddy!
That point of reference made it much easier than just searching around for the sweet spot.
Cheers, Tony
I am glad I could help!

Notched side down I believe

That's a good idea. I do that occasionally too. I see people doing it a lot.
On all my guns including my RAMI I use a cheap Amazon phone stylus with rubber heads. Works great.
That is a good idea.

It has to do with the firing pin hitting the roll pin in the slide.

I have heard that from others as well.
