In this video, Stefan shares with you the power of the life mastery circle exercise. He learned this exercise from Tony Robbins, at his "Unleash the Power Within" seminar.
Stefan wants to show you how you can master every area of your life, in order ensure that you are making progress and living a life of balance.
The life mastery circle provides a visual map for you to see where you are strong, and where you are falling behind, so that you know where you need to make the necessary adjustments.

No, we were planning on going to a location in Washington, but unfortunately my girlfriend had to have surgery on her tailbone recently, so turns out we'll have to do it next year! :-( But right now I'm doing a 15 day juice fast instead and going on my own spiritual journey. :-)
