TopSpeed Motorsports is an Atlanta tuner predominantly known for building very fast Nissan GTR's for the runway and the race track. Now, turning their attention to Porsche's, TopSpeed hands over the keys to their 'Elite700' 991 Turbo S, (formerly called Elite.3) which makes a whopping 670 horsepower at all four wheels. Road Atlanta, being the big, fast track that it is, provides the perfect environment to unleash this level of horsepower.

When Matt says " hell ya son" you know he likes your car
My thoughts as well. Matt fell in love.
To me he just sounds like a dope. He's too old to be unironically saying "son."
"Daammnn, aint nobody catchin me son", that was hilarious. Good driving Matt. I see you bout-it.
real talk He had me rolling with that - that's when you know he really likes a car lol
you talk tomuch
Something that looks that smooth and composed putting down that kind of horsepower is bound to be a monster.
911 don't loose much crank hp because the engine and drive are so close too each other
"Aint nobody catching me son !!!" Hell yea
"I'm gonna cool it off........... 130! 140!! 150!!!"
was about to quote that as well !!! haha
You don't need to cool off a 991 Turbo S. They are the energizer bunny of supercars.
He wasn’t cooling the Porsche, he was talking about the Subaru he passed.
Heavy brakes!!
*wow! That’s a dream car of mine right there! Nothing like a proper 911 Turbo!*
991Turbo S you ment...
shit id take a 997 in a heartbeat too!
Agree but I will take 997 turbo half the price and 3 pedal mean machine
What is 991......??.....is it 911 or 991????
It's both. To the public it's primarily the "911". But Porsche also has an internal designation that it uses to differentiate versions of the 911 through the years. This particular car's internal designation is "991". Internal designations of the 911 from the past include the 997, 993, etc. Even though those are "internal" designations used by Porsche many customers and fans will use those designations too to be specific about which 911 they are discussing. So you are always "safe" calling it a 911 but it's cool to call it a 991 if you're talking to car people who know anything about Porsches.
That Subaru was flying
Purpose built time attack race car vs road car. I am sure the road car with 750hp is fast in the straights as seen in the video but the cornering speeds of that Subaru will rape the Porsche all day long. Not to mention it's much lighter.
All that aero
@@GrayFox370 full built race car overheat everylap while turbo s keep on going lap after lap and that's tells porsche very well
That car looked seriously sweet on the track, nice build
maxxjett films they used Brazilian granite for sure
Damn you know Matt's having a great time when he goes straight Winnie the Pooh at 9:36.
I absolutely love these track day one takes... All the action from all the other cars, the ability to truly rip it. Its amazing.
That Subaru was flying, dude can drive.
My favorite track one take! Your commentary was a joy to listen to. That looked like so much fun : ) I'm going to watch this one again...
That's a really fast racetrack !
Yeah dude RA is no joke. Best place to watch is on the back straight below the downhill because the cars run full chat into that downhill section (which is way steeper than it looks on the video) after the kink where Matt didn't sack up. The guys who commit (and have down force) brake after the crest into a fairly slow left right and then you go under the bridge accelerating thru a blind high speed sweeper. It's sick enough in a car but they have bike races there too AFAIK.
Yeah, the esses and the downhill on to the front straight are the only real standouts, though. I was there for a total of 8 laps each in 1999 and 2000 with One Lap of America. Driving that track at full chat when you've never been on it... well, I had to have a sit-down.
It is the best! It's super fast, and requires quite a lot of balls haha.
Vince Garage haha did you see how the track corners that car?! Incredible geometry. I'm almost positive it goes fast.
"Let me cool this thing down... There's 140...150!"
Even the stock Turbo S is insane . It must be out of this world with that much more power
Considering that thing has 4 leather seats, it's a weapon.
I have a 991.1 Turbo S with similar mods and similar power to that car (mine are from GIAC and Champion Motorsports including the VTG turbo upgrade, intercoolers and catless exhaust) and Matt's review is spot on. Stock levels of smoothness and driveability -- just tons more power. When I tracked mine at Circuit of the Americas mine waas passing all the other cars as well. The car, including the stock PDK transmission, really does handle 200 extra horsepower incredibly well.
What’s the new 0-60 time?
lmao that time attack car was fast as shit
Hell yeah...made the Porsche look like a Civic!
TA cars have a whole 'nother level of down force bro. A stock bodied 911 Turbo isn't going around high speed corners anything like them. RA's is a down force track and proper race cars eat road cars for snacks
991 Turbo S
And then it got hot. Think Rob Ferretti. You still lose.
Matt you sir are living the life
Well done
Excellent video. That Porsche tackled the race track effortlessly!
All of that with 2 cup holders, cooled seats, a sun roof, and 2 seats in the back 😋
VERY used to seeing them driving their insane GTRs around and know exactly where these guys are. Pass by all the time. Great guys.
oh boy, that looked so effortless and yet still fast
Turbo S is a special car. One of the best daily supercars!
FINALLY 991 TURBO S!!!!! Been waiting too long
TheBobodrink it's a 911 Turbo S not a 991 look at 2:05 idk why Matt is saying it's a 991
cuz its the 991 generation 911....
I think I had as much fun as you did, watching this video! I drive my Turbo S here in Mexico where the fine for 150mph, is only around 500 pesos, lol. Wish we had a track like that close by!
Matt: let me cool it down
*immediately floors it*
The skill it takes to drive 150+mph AND give us a live play by play-AWESOME. This video needs more likes guys, so LIKE IT.
I made a record at Road Atlanta... in 2014... in Forza 2 on my Xbox.
What a brilliant Porsche and race track to scorch round.
Its so cool to see the raw emotion of driving a machine like that! Also, the Subaru passing....
Thanks Porsche for maintaining the 2+2 seaters in the 911 series until today. I first owned the 911 Turbo S in 1999 used to bring along my children at the rear seats with my wife at the passenger seat. After several years i keep on upgrading to the latest version and now it’s about time I upgrade to this 2021 version. Though at this age 62 now, 911 Turbo S is alway my first preference above its contenders, as it’s convenient, i use as a daily car to office. Over the weekend now i bring along my grand children at the rear seats, my children have their own choice of supercars hihi.. I am looking forward for this 2021 model landed in my country. This car has small cc engines but the power is better than the bigger cc engines and with such small cc engines, i pay less roadtax annually in ky country. The roadtax for a bigger cc engine cars of above 5,000 cc are extremely very high, no point of paying high premium to the government. Congratulations Porche. You guys are really really marvellous. Thanks..😬💪💕
I absolutely LOVE this car!
One of the best looking Porsche's, a great looking sports car!
I do enjoy your socal canyon drives more then your track but nice car
Allen Saunders Than*
I agree but this car deserved a track
takl23 true but on this particular channel watching matt carve up canyons or and mountain roads is better then his drives on any track. this car would be great on those same canyon roads I assume this is the only place he could get this drive though
Allen Saunders 7/10, 8/10 is boring tho. No threshold braking.no nuance in the racing line you choose.stuggle to keep rear end in check. And less speed. You must not like driving just Scenery. Like Cyclist why
Allen Saunders you gonna be able to actually drive fast. Test your skill. Does that scare you. Or u find it boring. Because driving a canon in a s2000 or z06 your gonna put someone else's life in danger.let alone yours trying to do the things you can do on track
way2go Matt
keeping race car + race car driver in sight, in a luxury sports gt.
Easily one of your best "One Take", anywhere, ever! Wow!
Hell yes, Matt gets it!
Agreed much better than a Civic
Crazy that the new 992 turbo S is likely just as fast as this while stock.
For some reason porsche has one of the best cooling systems I've experienced, my 996 turbo I took to the track and beat the shit out of for 20 min sessions and not once did it go over halfway on the temperature gauge. I need a newer 911 in my life
A lot of modern temp gauges just stick to the middle of the gauge, until you actually start overheating. You can check the exact temps with an OBDII tool.
iamezza checked it when I came off track and was pretty accurate
Not the 991. It gives you per-C temps on a digital gauge as well as analog.
Shane Miller the 996 turbo is awesome I just wish it had the 997 front end
Rief Hodzic they sell a conversion kit but it's so much to update it, not worth it and honestly it grows on ya, check my ig turbo996carrera I have the yellow laminx headlight tint and a bunch of work done and it looks awesome
As I own a 991.2 TS, I will say that the newer car does have considerably better handling and a nicer media package, as well as a bit more power. At RA, the handling is what would show up the most, not the relatively small 20hp bump stock to stock. Not knowing if there are suspension mods on it, there could be more in this 991.1 to get. With the turbo and breathing mods on this car, it really does drive mostly like stock, that is how they are. I will make note that Matt could have made better times and had better steering by keeping some power on and using PASM to supply torque vectoring - applying power right at the apex of corners with this car will dig it out of corner exits in a way that has to be felt to be believed. The key to the TTS and in fact any of the 4S 911 is to use the cars' technology - it is an extremely potent package. Additionally, setting the car up to track alignment makes a huge difference in tire management and overall grip, unlike the GT3 which is Porsche's dedicated track car, all other 911s including the Turbos & GTS come with street-focused suspension alignment, to give the driver more warning and better tire wear in street conditions.
Steve C this is a 911 look at 2:05 it says 911 Turbo S idk why Matt is calling it a 991 unless the guy that owns the Porsche did that purposely but idfk why he would do that
STRONG HIGHBRID 991 is the chassis code for this generation (between the second half of 2012 to 2018). previous gens are the 997’s and 996’s.
From a 2014 991.1 Turbo owner
Pure automotive joy. Thanks for another cool video, chief!
beautiful track and of course beautiful car :)
Had my car tuned by TopSpeed Motorsports and I love it!!
That’s a well sorted Turbo S.
Mods or not, they are that sorted right from the factory.
Brother, you’ve got the best job in the world. This is one of my favorite vids ever of you.
Best production car turbo S , good driving skills 👍, driving the turbo S for the 1st time 🏁
My new favorite Porsche.
Hey guys, thanks for posting this Porsche video! The attention to detail and description regarding that car really helped to get my mind off other things. Wild car by the way looks fun!
The track looks like it would be a blast! Especially in that beast of a 911!
Ahhh, that GC8!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Sarah -n- Tuned I don’t get the hype for those cars
Vedant B because 555
Sarah -n- Tuned that looks like a fun subaru!
Sarah -n- Tuned English?
I understand if you don't get the hype for GC8s in general but I've seen that particular one in person and it's a time attack monster.
Great car on a great track. Looks like Matt had a great time.
That's nuts I started researching this car today and Matt posts a video about it a few hours before. Its meant to be!!!
That subie was MOVING
Awesome One Take.
Properly Fast
I didn't know where this was being shot, but instantly recognised the track from Forza on the Xbox!! Love it!
harpersneil he was at Road America
Captain_salt_47 *Atlanta
Love the track takes. This was a fun one.
Starting at @9:10 when you were counting off the MPH all i could think about was "Gone in 60 Seconds" during the helicopter chase scene. As soon as you said 150, I immediately said He's Gone.
Great vid. You looked like you had the time of your life. Keep up the great vids.
7:55 is the best moment in the video🤣
That is the freaking sickest track!! Why isn't it in any games?!!
That Subaru was freaking killing it holy crap.
Just about the perfect car, for almost every occasion.
"This car sounds the tits". Papa Bless you Matt. It's those little things that keep us entertained by you, my dude.
Launch Control in that car is Addicting! So much Want!
That looked like a nice lap
yewww cheers Matt, you're feed is the best on UA-cam! Keep on
It's hard to see Turbo S and not smile knowing that there will be some Farah - Harris - Block level of shredding
Kid on Christmas Day, I LOVE IT!!!! Haha. Wow, great video and beautiful 911. Bravo!!
🐒 anything over 150 is crazy. We support you! Glad you had fun!
Smoking tire and a morning dump
HA! As we speak, dude. :)
You people disgust me
I find your lack of faith disturbing.
Exactly what I'm doing rn
Track looks awesome.
At 8:00 is when you know Matt loves your car
Ain't nobody catching me son! Daaayyyum! Love it
That Porsche is sexy, but that gold Corolla four door sedan at the beginning of the video was sweet!
Enjoyed that all the more thanks to Forza. Knew the track like the back of my hand :) The real thing looks a great drive - especially in that beauty.
So much confidence in that car
this is the dream car
I want more of this car please.
GMT Master ii Batman looking mighty fine.
This thing is a dream
AINT NOBODY CATCHIN' ME SON
Man, my 996tt blasts to 150+ so fast even 20 years later. The 997 has to be even more refined/faster.
Best video in a long time top 3 ever!
I have to go to grid life next year
Hell yeah! Your watching Matt Farrah!
Great video! U can tell you were enjoying yourself. Thanks.
"Oooooh hoo ooh ooh ooh" - Matt Farrah
It's funny to see one of my favorite tracks in real life. I really enjoy Road Atlanta on Forza MS.
Fast! Properly fast!
Love the Hair Dryer 911 best. The 928 is still my favorite water cooled Porsche. I would love a 928 with SBC Renegade 350 installed. Yes !! 400hp and 450 ft lbs is enough for me..
A motor change is nonsense on a 928, as the original 5.0l DOHC 32V V8 is a superb engine and with a supercharger kit 500+ bhp are easy to get. With the original motor, the car will also retain the value as a classic car for collectors.
Some pretty good lines there, Matt. What a fun looking track :)
Lucky you getting to cut a few laps in such a cool Porsche!
Oh yeah, love the channel.
That was glorious, please tell me you've done this again with the 992 Turbo S here lol.
Georgia boys do it right!
Track > Street. Great vid.
Matt, " alright let's cool this thing down I think we have a video I think we a video", also Matt 2 seconds later " 110,120, 130, 140mph" lol
Nice video, love the Batman Rolex.
Looks like a great circuit
