A beautiful catch there, I didn't see the "Now I got your power" I thought it was the typical "humiliating ninja flip" from fighting games where you grab your opponent's forehead and leap over to the other side of him without doing any damage but leaving him all like "What the?" and on the wrong side without facing you
Damn, this is perfect. A good remake to X vs Zero. And being X as the winner, he spared Zero’s life. That is a good ending that we never thought we would get.
I applaud the effort that went into this. That was some pretty smooth stuff. Mega Man is one of my favorite franchises. I've played since the original, all the way through X8, most of the Battle Network stuff, Legends, and even Command Mission. A lot of care clearly went into this to make it something great for fans by someone who obviously is a fan. Great work.

E faz as histórias das linhas do tempo que o mephiles falou pro scourge, do knuckles com escudos vermelho e azul e do sonic fleetway vermelho. Amo seus vídeo, mais sempre preciso abaixar a luz para não ter ataques epiléticos.

Not going to lie after watching the HD Remaster of X Vs Zero from ultimate maverick x from that reference I can't help it but hear X yelling Zero name during at this part of the video

I like how you 'combined' all their options here, whether every upgrade or a bad-ending only form. With everything, you made a battle where we really see their best! If limited, details like the sound clips also helped bring it to life, even more than many other takes on the concept! Of course, what really crowned this animation was the end segment. It came completely as a surprise, and it's perfect down to the epilogue! Great work.

It looked like it was hand drawn. Something I would've seen from companies like Capcom themselves. It's a top tier class of art that I never expected from most animators on this site to begin with. Which is that much of a shock to me.
@@Colecionador7162 coming back to this, why do you think this was 3D animated in the first place and not hand drawn? Because Zero and X doing their signature hand shake is literally straight up from an official art piece of them doing just that in X6.

The animation for this was fantastic !! I cant even imagine how long it took to prepare the choregraphies and then animate the whole thing ! Plus on top of that all the voices too ! The last part of the animation was perfection !
For a hard fan of megaman x series, i truly appreciate this short scene. It honors my memory of my childhood completing all x series. And sadly they finished it with x8 😭😭😭. Thank you
the transition between the SNES sprites and the PS1 sprites was so cool but when it switched from sprites to the "hand-drawn"/traced CGI segment (which was absolutely AMAZING, by the way) I nearly lost my mind this animation is SO GOOD
This video never fails to blow me away. I played every game as a kid, mastered every game in the X series, watched hours of timeline videos and after knowing almost everything there is to know about the lore of these two, no matter how little there is, this will make you emotional. The animation is unreal while the use of the sound bites, sprites, armors, movesets and environments back up the progression of the drawing style transitions and pushes the overall narrative. Watching them both tear up before the final part or hearing Zero’s voice glitch, reminding you they’re robots, hits so hard. This truly is the definitive battle of X and Zero.

Se a Capcom mandar como fez os 3 primeiros Megaman X eu até aceito o MMX9. Agora se mandar como fez com o X7 e X8, melhor não fazer nada. Os fãs tem feito muita coisa boa.

I love the animation at the end it was incredible, the fight was literally killer, it’s actually been a long time since I’ve seen this video game series, this was my thing (couldn’t play the games, but I watch people play them and the cutscenes) before my Anime Phase came along
Okay, I did not expect a non-sprite animation at the end there but I will say that it was awesome! I can only imagine how long it took to animate that part (nevermind the coloring, special effects, etc.). As a side note, did I see some 3D animation there?

Mermão, ficou daora essa luta veio. Cara saiu evoluindo de 16 bit, 32 bit, e terminou em anime, cacetada mlk ficou perfeito. Ainda peguei a referência a Decisive Battle de ultimatemaverickhunterx em 4:00, chega ficou certinho com a imagem cara, na moral muito bom msm.

@ es curioso en el marvel vs capcom muestra una clara victoria contra zero poseido, tambien el en el trailer de del ost que lanzaron por el aniversario de megaman x hace uno años muestra tambien una clara ventaja, pararece ser que si ya lo ha revasado.

Sprites,formas, remodelamentos, você literalmente aproveitou o Megaman X no máximo do máximo de efeitos e personagens e ainda fez uma cena épica animada do zero chorando e o X chorando junto, e ainda fez uma batalha animada total superou literalmente tudo como sempre fazendo um trabalho impecável merecia mais reconhecimento das pessoas muito mais do que já tem :3

I love the animation at the end it was incredible, the fight was literally killer, it’s actually been a long time since I’ve seen this video game series, this was my thing (couldn’t play the games, but I watch people play them and the cutscenes) before my Anime Phase came along
Okay, I did not expect a non-sprite animation at the end there but I will say that it was awesome! I can only imagine how long it took to animate that part (nevermind the coloring, special effects, etc.).
As a side note, did I see some 3D animation there?

Mermão, ficou daora essa luta veio. Cara saiu evoluindo de 16 bit, 32 bit, e terminou em anime, cacetada mlk ficou perfeito. Ainda peguei a referência a Decisive Battle de ultimatemaverickhunterx em 4:00, chega ficou certinho com a imagem cara, na moral muito bom msm.
