Was not expecting this to be this awesome. X and Zero's voice actors did a pretty good job to sound like Mark Gatha and Lucas Gilbertson. Especially Zero at certain parts, I was thinking it could actually be him. Awesome work all around.
This video utilizes every possibilities the articulations of D-Arts Figure could offer. Best toy stop motion ever. Good plot, creative combat moves. You really did put your mind and heart into these actions. Thank you for your work, this is one of my precious childhood memories.
The plot, the editing, voice cast, soundtrack and effects were all amazing and met my memories and expectations regarding Mega Man X. But the choreography was my favorite part, it was so creative. Often this kind of thing either completely ignores the source material to provide more realistic and (in their view) unique fights, or they rely too much on it and end up static and limited by that. You were able to perfectly balance both. There are quite a few references, but they were used masterfully blended with organic fighting. That dashing-spinning kick is an amazing example of a creative practical application of an element from the source material in a new, unique and realistic way. Congratulations.

This is very well done. You can really appreciate the subtle nods to the Mega man X lore with the Zero virus and proper names of the skills he utilized. I love that you had X use the Hadouken. The only thing I would have to criticize would be the scenery. Having a messy area full of shoes, boxes, and clutter distracts the viewer from the brilliance of your craft. Great job over all despite that!

Well done! Even now, it's always cool to see action scenes made in stop-motion animation. Super-high-quality! I will say some of the shot compositions and continuity needed more work and attention to detail (be mindful of the 180-degree line of cinematography). Aside from that, each sequence was dynamic and punchy in its execution, and definitely enjoyable! Voice acting was also on-point. It's so great to see something new from you, my old friend. Hope there's more to come!
I have no idea what the 180 degree line is so you'll have to educate me on that. I do agree on some of the shots going too quickly and the pacing of the last few minutes especially. It was a lot of experimentation where some things are introduced or dropped without enough weight to them in my opinion. Still happy with it
When zero said "its simple, if your in my way Im taking you down X" I said something similar when I was a kid. Every time I play X5 I always pick zero.
I'll be honest, seeing the thumbnail made me think this was going to be a throwaway project, but I've been impressed! The animation, sound editing and effects are pretty well done!

Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There’s pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That, that’s about it.

My only criticism is the walk cycles. They need some body twist and arm swing to not look stiff and weird in a couple of the walking bits.

That's very fair. I think I tried with X walking to the capsule but the others are definitely more stiff. Always looking for ways to improve.
