- Casio's latest G-Shock watch is a tribute to the Japanese Manga art and Anime. I am talking about Casio G-Shock GA-2100MNG which is the "Manga Special Edition" watch which comes in 2 colors including Blue and White.
As a watch enthusiast and collector, should you buy this watch or not? Check out the review, where I test this watch to see if it is worth the money?
This edition was launched in Japan in May, and it made it's way to India around the last week of June as a pre-launch. I was lucky enough to get this one delivered within 3 weeks of placing the order.

@@YachtWatchClub I have a few nice watches, including a Tag Heuer and the yellow Casioak gets the most comments from people.
Unfortunately the cheapest I can find a Manga watch for is £345 on E-Bay. That's a lot of money but it looks amazing in the photos. It must look great in the flesh.
Thats a lot of money for Manga. Almost 3 times over.
Tag Heuer is one of my favorites and have my eyes on the AquaRacer

Just bought this watch today luckily got a little discount over MRP? Was not aware that this is a limited edition any idea how many watches casio is going to make

Ahh! Keep trying brother, a lot of retailers are also selling it for a premium
As a Casio addict with about 50 Casios including 12 G-Shocks, Manga is one Casio I’m not excited/enthused to get, Probably because I can’t connect with a “cartoonish watch” based on a cartoon character I’m not familiar with.
However, in the unlikely possibility of it being available on one of the online retailers at a tantalizingly low price, I can think about it. For instance, my WOTD is GBD-200 which I got for just around Rs 7.3K !
You got to hold it to fall in love with it!
