It's amazing how fast something can go from one to all the kiddos. Our pediatrician used to give us antibiotics for all 4 if 1 got strep because we all know it's just a matter of time until they all get it.

You wear the coolest sunglasses! I love those! I did get the Betsy Johnson ones and I love them. I'm so sorry the kids are sick. My mom had 4 kids and when one got sick we all got sick. Dealing with 4 kids with chicken pox couldnt have been fun for her. I'll say a little prayer for you guys.

Can Griffin have sugar free jello? I'm so sorry they are sick. My daughter had to stop taking her kids to indoor public play places. They got sick every time. Maybe watch for a pattern? Sending prayers. ☕👵❤️
Yes, we have to stop going to any indoor places as well. Have only 4 kids, buy its no fan to deal with sick kids. Now we go to open parks only.
My daughter is avoiding indoor play areas also as she has a two-week-old baby boy and two girls, ages 3 and 5.

Hand, foot, and mouth can make a rash anywhere, but I think the discomfort is in the hands, feet, and mouth. It's probably making the rounds at the parks and the churches since school is out. Did the doc prescribe anything besides Tylenol? Get better quick, Wallaces!

OOF hand foot and mouth is no joke. i had it at the ripe old age of EIGHTEEN (18) AND A HALF (my boarding school had many small children) and it was rough as an adult, so i can't imagine what it's like for someone so little. i hope she feels better soon! also the hands and feet do feel sore before there's any visible spots, at least they did for me.

I have a question for you please .i heard that every time anyone goes to the emergency they have to pay about $450 or something and no one has any medical help from the government or something? So does that mean when someone ends up in emergency has to pay ? And what about a doctors visit? Do you pay for that too? Sorry but I find it hard to believe that is true. Here in Australia we are covered for all that , it's called Medicare. I would really appreciate if someone would explain it to me, thank you and I hope all the kids get better. Love your vids.
It depends we have private insurance. They have medical through wills work at the post office which is federal and good coverage. If you meet your deductible early in the year then no copay for some insurance. It depends on the policy a family has. Private or government like Medicaid which is for low income families or single family that make a certain amount to qualify. Then those with a disability or over 65 get Medicare which is also government and some have copays for Drs appointments ER visits and testing lab work and ambulances. So it’s not the same for everyone. Like I have Crohn’s disease and a single mom of one so I get Medicare insurance and Medicaid for my son which is a secondary for my medical and meds and hospital I pay like $3 for each medicine I take which is 16. Before when I had insurance through my work I had huge copays and millions in medical from hospital and appointment and couldn’t afford care. So they have theirs through will work I’m sure they have bills they get for each visit ect. It sucks and it’s a billion dollar industry and people do die from not being able to afford care or medications. People here are selfish in the US and don’t want to pay for others to have insurance.

As I was kissing my two toddlers goodbye as we left to go be induced with our third child, my son said his feet hurt. I looked, covered in blisters. My husband took me to the hospital, got me settled and induction started, left to go take my son (and daughter, who showed signs of fever as soon as we left) to the DR where, you guessed it, hand, foot and mouth! Our pediatrician signed off on an extra day in the hospital for us so we didn't take our new baby home until the fever was gone. We learned the benadryl/mylanta mix trick, which soothed the mouth blisters a lot.
