I made it ...but idk why its having a bit soggy texture...but nevermind it tastes as good as ganache made with cream ❤️ and make it using double boiler instead of microwave !

We can not whip this ganache, for whipping we require cream and we are making this ganache without cream.
Will i leave it in freeze or just outside?
By this given recipe what inch cake can be covered by frosting?
We cover it with cling & store it in the refrigerator. It covers 1 lb cake.
For 1 cup chocolate, we can cover 1 lb cake(normally). But it will depend on how much decoration we are doing on the cake

For dripping effect to 5 inch cake, this quantity should be enough but to cover cake completely, may need some more ganache (ganache with 1 & 1/4 cup chocolates)

Yes, we can prepare ganache in the microwave. Pour milk on chocolate chunks & microwave for 20 seconds 2-3 times & stir. If chunks are still not melted then microwave for 5-5 seconds more. Do not microwave for more than 20 seconds in one go else it will burn the chocolates.

Yes, Chocolate ganache will stiffen in fridge to get pipping consistency. Before using just thaw it until it comes to room temperature.

Pouring ganache ko piping banane k liye wo thick hona chahiye, agar freeze mein rakh kar pouring ganache thick ho gaya ho to use piping ki tarah kaam mein lein , nahi to usme thodi chocolate or mila ke double boiler mein melt karke thandi hone dein..wo piping ganache mein turn ho jaayegi
