- How I use "Film Emulations" in Adobe Lightroom to color grade my digital still photos. Admittedly I'm using antiquated presets; VSCO discontinued their desktop Lightroom film looks years ago, and I may be the only person still rocking them.

Learnt some nice little tricks from this. Really appreciate you showing it being an iterative process.
It’s the little things that make it a more enjoyable experience.
Sam lovely video, makes me wanna get back home into photo editing😂
Great videos in general mate! Keep up the amazing work
I’ll keep it up, but only for you.
Hi,
Thx fir sharing. Did you ever try dehancer?
Who knew you could grab the histogram like that? 🎉
🤘🏻😂
incredible work, makes me itch to get home, get back to editing, and doing what i enjoy
also - great job with a good click-bait title, that was unequivocally accurate too
but Sam, i dare you to release an emulation pack 👀
I appreciate the intentionality and the challenge. I have never tried to make my own. 😅
Seeing as they don’t sell them anymore could you give them to us to play with? It’s just a very short text file saying contrast +5 and blacks +10 etc.
Let me see what I can do.
Jesus what computer are you using? It’s fast!
Ha! I cut out all the parts where I said “my computer is running so slow!”
What is the Cine FilmX Presets?

360p squad. My recommendation: RNI All Films 5.
360p SQUAD! My Guy! You're here for it. hahaha. Thanks for the recommendation on the good presets. I chose not to research new stuff to suggest as replacement for my silly antiquated mess.
If it works it works. I do have the VSCO packs as well .... somewhere. But I had problems installing the last time I tried or something. I do really like the RNI stuff because it is not an installer, it's just files. And the best thing is that the film simulations get synced to LR on iOS. I think RNI also has camera specific presets but I only use the general ones. @@SamMcGhee
