    I think marling has developed his own style with the double curved tails. He seems to really enjoy putting them in all sorts of baits.

    • @SneakersAnonymousMatt
      @SneakersAnonymousMatt 3 роки тому

      its pretty much a working class zero shovel tail with just a split down the middle someone else already made that design he jus put a split down the middle its a good design tho I will admit.

      @@SneakersAnonymousMatt I dont mean the paddle tail. I mean the area between the tail and body. He often puts a double curved thing on them. It looks kind of like a drawn bird(only here it is upside down)

    I have been a soft plastic swimbait designer for many years and have a lot of experience fishing them. One of the most productive ways for me, is to let the bait hit bottom, and swim pause them on bottom. I swim them about two or three feet just inches off bottom and pause them on bottom for a moment and repeat. Bass love to ambush baits in this way. Most people fish these baits way too fast and miss out on a lot of good fish. I love your talented works and your inventiveness to look outside of the box. I have many designs that the world has never seen, myself. Keep up the good work, and sell this bait. It is a winner, if you can get people to realize the effectiveness of this design.

    BRAVO! That last one was perfection even if the colors didn't align as you intended. When I first began Bass Fishing (Around 1976), the most popular color was GRAPE! They made a Grape worm that almost resembled the glow of a Black Light as it sank. It was a really cool color. Then it went away, as did most things that were Grape. Great Video. PEACE

    I used to use that Smooth-On silicone to make molds for bird heads for taxidermy. I also used to make rock molds for making taxidermy habitat rocks & bases, and I used the Smooth-On Dragon Skin silicone. That stuff is very stretchy & is tough as steel. Molds from it last forever. It pours well & holds detail. It's somewhat clear, so you can see if you have any air pockets.
