What is NEPO Kids???? Favorism is everywhere, in jobs, business, everywhere, literally everywhere. People who complain are actually in most cases are the one's who are just jealous or negative. Getting a start is one thing but getting approval is in people's hand and that's what all matters. Best examples are Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, they both are the best in their genders and another best unsuccessful examples are Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonam Kapoor, Uday Chopra, they never got audiences approval. So stop complaining about nepotism, because ultimately it's us, the decision maker.
Lol, Alia’s second movie was Highway!!! Which btw had great acting for someone’s second movie. So yeah she’s not a bad actor, she has always been a great actress especially for her age. Her best acting performance till now is of gangubai for which she won a national award as well.
Almost all big superstars of the past 3 decades have been nepo babies, SRK being the biggest outlier. Rani, Kajol, Kareena, Saif, Aliya, Ranbir, Salman. The thing about them "growing into their roles" is almost always true because regular people don't get as many options and chances as they do. That's why Sid's(the tall guy in black) career went downhill even though he was the most promising out of the three
@@shrutikaanand7587 Untrue. Siddharth was the weakest out of the three, right from the start. He never had the depth or range that both Alia and Varun did. And the thing about an outsider not getting as many opportunities is especially not true in his case, because he had the backing of Kjo all throughout his career.
@@dhaneshshetty4968 just looking at the kind of projects Aliya and Varun got offered after such cringey performance proves you wrong bro. Also, not sure if you were around when SOTY released, every critique had noted Siddharth was the only okay thing about the movie. And yet the general hype around Varun was more. He got solo parts, dance numbers throughout like Ranbir does. Even Efra and Waleska expressed Sid was the only one with potential in that scene
@@shrutikaanand7587 Siddharth got Hasee Toh Phasee, Brothers, Kapoor And Sons, Baar Baar Dekho, Shershaah, Yodhaa from Dharma. Now count how many of those worked and how many of those he was critically praised in. Barely a few. So no, he did not get the short end of the stick. He has received continued support from Karan, despite being a limited performer and Alia and Varun raced ahead, because they simply were better actors. It’s his lack of range that has been a hindrance for him.
Agreed with everything until the last line. Siddharth had pretty privilege and got his fair share of chances despite his mediocre dialogue delivery and expressions in the initial days. Varun and Alia grew into their roles right from the beginning and did justice to them. They also improved drastically by their next movies. Siddharth did a good job with Shershah, but that's only compared to his own acting. He is still far behind his contemporaries and there's still a lot of room for improvement. He gets by with his good looks.
@@sittingduck1735 pretty privilege cannot be considered a factor when comparing Aliya, Varun and Sid because all three of them are objectively gorgeous.
The other two actors are also good it’s just they suck at picking good scripts. Varun Dhawan do keep picking up experimental projects like he as a young actor did this revenge movie which required him to play a 40 year old, that’s one of his best performances till date. He also played this sensitive guy in October movie. Varun Dhawan is a good actor, where he sucks and overacts is ironically the movies directed by his dad 😂 his dad was a famous director, he keeps remaking his famous 90’s movies, which he doesn’t get it is outdated now!! Main tera hero might be the only good movie of his with his son which made Varun Dhawan everyone’s crush. Sid is a good looking fella, he looks humble and all, I would say Shershaah was his greatest hit, he even found his future wife due to that project however now he’s stuck in doing same kind of roles. Kapoor and Sons is another one of his movies with good acting. So yeah Alia might have started her career with both the guys, being the youngest one, she really had made this mark with her movies, now her clothing line, production house andd marrying into kapoor family which I know isn’t some sort of achievement but still.
The way alia gets served in platter the opportunities hahhha obviously she had to grow into it bt if she would have been bad had the chances to act in these movies ceased NO and that is my man the NEPOTISM
Why r they talking shit student of the year...it's a very good movie... Sometimes these types of movies also r good to watch...specially when actors r good. N please Varun is really good ....he is really good than many nepo actors today. And if u wanna see overacting please see Hritik in any old movies of his

I have watched Riverdale, all episodes, all seasons. Riverdale starts really well but it goes from bad to worse and from worse to disastrous as the seasons travel. Archies is a disaster with so much money. With this kind of production, One could have made a masterpiece with a GLOBAL APPEAL.
Archies isnt all as bad as its made out to be. Its a very average, one time watchable film. Khushi Kapoor (daughter of Sridevi) was absolutely abysmal as a performer. But honestly, Suhana Khan (SRK's daughter) and Agastya Nanda (Amitabh Bacchan's grandson) were decent in their parts, they got tore down and scrutinized simply because they are (major) nepo babies. The rest of the cast isn't nepo and were pretty good too, especially Vedang Raina who has an upcoming film with Alia Bhatt.
Archies is closer to Archie comics than Riverdale which crapped on the source material. This is probably the one good the thing you can say about Archies. Oh, and Vedang Raina. The rest is modest to poor. However few from the last couple of generations care about Archie comics, which are somewhat dated today.
Tbh there are a lot of flourishing nepo kids in every movie industry in India and people looove them the problem is these days nepo kids are making very stupid movies to actually showcase the talent
I think people hate more because they nepo kids..even if they acted well people doesnt want to see it..they just want to hate..even in archies i think onlu kushi kapoor the one who cant act.in 90s all of the actors were nepo kids (except srk and akshay) bt most of them were pretty good actors.now what happend is all thinks that great body and being better dancer will do the magic for them...
Alia is best actress of this generation.watch her second movie highway ❤❤. She is good in soty her part was like that the character is immature and like that only she acted very well in every movie of her career ❤❤
I watched The Archies and what I liked the most is the music and the whole visual of the movie (the production design is excellent). Yes, the acting wasn’t that good but I still enjoyed the movie. Maybe partly because I knew some of them are first time actors. I think the big money/production for The Archies is more because it has partnership/is supported by Netflix and the comic itself rather than because it has Amitabh Bhachchan’s grandson, Sridevi’s daughter, and SRK’s daughter among the 7 lead actors. The filmmakers (who also made Gully Boy and ZNMD) said all of them went through auditions. But, what do I know? Anyway, the film get mixed reviews & comments. The ones that generally find the film good or okay highlight the production design, depiction of the Anglo-Indian community in the 1960s, and the songs. I was going to recommend some songs (Dishoom Dishoom, Va Va Voom) from this movie because of the settings, but it seems like you already chose to not give it a try. 😅
These are all new comers & don't deserve the extreme hate they had to contend with.India is unrealistically obsessed & demean star kids calling them nepo babies & boycott their movies deliberately.nepotism is everywhere in the world & will never die off.even an alia & ranbir who are good actors face negativity.calm it unfair bias or envy but being a star kid does give u access but not success.boycott bollywood is big & is a pity as many foreigners are drawn to indian culture because of it.all the industries in india are guilty of nepotism & chauvinism & numerous negative things like drugs & crime.its in showbiz around the world so why pretend bollywood is the biggest curse.
I loved student of the year ...😂 It wasn't bad and actors did decent job compared to these days thse nepo babies are 100 times worse ...

he.. can't act lol
because he can't act its that simple, and alia can act but is way too overrated
