“Bravery” is truly in the eye of the beholder. Just out of college, I worked for a while as an adjunct therapist in a rehab unit at a psychiatric hospital. Many of the patients perceived me as incredibly brave...because I had, in my mid-20s, left my parents’ home and was living independently several hundred miles away!
The Tuli Block is an incredible area for wildlife. It's never been developed. I spent a month there doing research back in 1982. We were charged by a lion and an elephant and lived to tell the tale. Thanks for taking me back to a place I'll probably never return to.
I admire your ability to travel and upload two or more videos a week, Downloading, choosing content, editing and uploading takes hours, let alone talking to yourself all day whilst touring. I don't have that ability to chat into a helmet so I rather stop and take photos. Furthermore, whilst I often review my photos from 40 years ago, I never review video a second time taken last week.
We discovered your videos quite recently and are totally addicted to watching your journeys each evening. We are enthralled and in awe of your spirit of adventure, your positivity in the face of challenges and love the places you take us to. Stay well, stay safe.
What more could happen? Stay on the main track or get shot! Wild elephants, giraffes, zebra, wart hogs and concerned, helpful locals abound! As usual, fantastic drone footage! Ride safe Noraly!
Such great riding today. I sense that you have found a new level of confidence since your racing around the Salt pans with the Dakar Boys. Brilliant riding today Noraly. You just slayed the sand and gravel at a much faster pace than ever before. I am going to miss your oohs & ahs when you encountered tough sections before.
Another winner, Noraly. Interesting to note that most of the individuals you’ve encountered in Botswana are more diligent about wearing there protective masks than those people in my Long Island New York community.
Noraly you are truly an inspiration. I'm 70 and have been riding all my life and I don't think I've come across a braver biker than you. Have seen all your series and look forward to each fresh instalment. Stay safe and enjoy. Trevor Bruce, Durban, South Africa
Be careful, bad things can happen if you are "in the wrong place"... no matter how happy and possitive you are, some people are just out looking to hurt others, please take care of yourself.
Never turn your bike motor off when chatting like that in the middle of nowhere. If he got out of his van to do something bad to you then you could at least kick it in gear and get away... The questions he was asking like, "is anyone behind you coming?" "are you all alone" etc... were red flags... Love your channel and stay safe! Tot Ziens!

The Pink Combi guy said, "Hey Boss how'zit" thinking you're a man & when you took the helmet off he said Äh Ah!"because he was shocked to see a woman thats why he laughed and said you're brave. Coming across a large elephant like that would be incredible. I imagine the trick is to remain calm, almost indifferent - but for a moment there when the ears briefly came up to let you know he had had enough. It must be really something when even the locals think your a very brave person to be riding alone through all the animals casually wandering about. Or was it the poacher they were referring to. I can't help but sense with those overhead drone shots as Loraly rides through the wilderness that God is keeping a protective eye on her.
Thanks a million sweetheart for showing the word. I am just speechless. Wishing you safe and healthy life. Lots of love.
When the local say how brave you are, it's mean you are really brave Noraly!
Not really, most those locals never left their village.
They will never see anything of the world.
@@ekimandersom4478 they’re not “brave” to leave their villages, so they admire how brave she is to leave hers and travel the world solo.
@@ekimandersom4478 So you have been to their villages.
@@ekimandersom4478 think before commenting in the future. That's a nasty comment what do you know about Botswana??
watching the terrain and vegetation changes is always a treat, I always enjoy seeing the beauty of this big old world.
Amazed at how well the drone equipment and operator’s skills are so good!
The drone she is using is highly automated.
@@ws8080 not that easy ..they crash and fly away too!
What an amazing life Noraly lives. So fortunate to be able to do what she does.
I admire your being so brave and adventurous. Thanks for sharing.
Honda’s next CRF250 should be called Africa Savannah.
I so enjoy traveling with you as it were.
Always happy to see your next post!
I keep you in my prayers that my ABBA keep you safe.
Love your work Noraly, especially the drone shots keep those coming, now waiting for the next episode 😍😍😍
4:15. Good shot. These shots are important to capture the viewers mind of how small you are in such a unknown land. Well done.
"Alone? Why?" "Because I like it." As you said earlier: "Makkelijk leven -- geen man"!
Another winner, Noraly. Interesting to note that most of the individuals you’ve encountered in Botswana are more diligent about wearing there protective masks than those people in my Long Island New York community.
As Always another fantastic Vid... I do so worry though about criminality and for Noraly's Safety.... Please be safe.
Noraly you are truly an inspiration. I'm 70 and have been riding all my life and I don't think I've come across a braver biker than you. Have seen all your series and look forward to each fresh instalment. Stay safe and enjoy. Trevor Bruce, Durban, South Africa
Thanks, Noraly You have taken us on a wonderful trip again. ( Canada gives you a big hug )
Be careful, bad things can happen if you are "in the wrong place"... no matter how happy and possitive you are, some people are just out looking to hurt others, please take care of yourself.
That’s true everywhere in the world. But we cannot allow that to stop living as fully as possible!
Also elephants are quite the danger I believe. I think that is one of the concerns of the locals when they seem worried with her being alone.
Personally I would not stop in the middle of nowhere for a chat .
Tot Ziens!

What a brave lady you are. Take a rest and hopefully we will see you again in a couple of days. Best wishes from Santiago de Chile. ☺️👏👏👏
"The great grey green greasy Limpopo River." Rudyard KIpling's descrition which has been taught to generations of school kids as an example of alliteration.
Hello. Like that van driver said, you are brave, you bring us nice videos educational as well. Pls do take care try not to be too brave. God bless you and keep you safe.
Always and still the best way to spend a Friday night, talking to the elephants with Noraly!
Very brave Noraly! Love your drone shots, please be safe and stay positive. Thanks for the content. Hello from an Indian living in Netherlands for 10 years.
Woohoo, and the adventure continues. You'll need a kevlar vest just in case. Never mind the legal guys, watch for "poachers" who may "think" you're the police. Hopefully the folks you met in the van are not them, asking if you've seen any animals. 🦌🦏🐘🦧🦍🐆
Thanks for taking us here N.
Once again another spectacular drone sequence filming that great river/lake and lovely greenery.
Take care and ride safe. 🖖🏼🤟🏼
It is a local minibus taxi. Most of the taxi's in Botswana and South Africa are similar vehicles.
They're probably low level smugglers...
U will never see a local poaching elephants in Botswana it's foreigners.
Your courage don't stop to amaze me! Thee are lions there! For crying out loud!
Very nice video I never knew Africa was like that it’s nice to be able to see the way people live in that area you stay safe
Like what buddy?
Wonderful!
Traveling the world and meeting new people.
Thanks for bringing us along for the ride.
That was funny meeting the pink minibus. 😃 Great to see the animals in their own surroundings.👍😊🇮🇪
Really a courageous woman who passes through all kind of terrain. You have adventure passion come to India to explore the natural beauty...best of luch...keep in bringing us to the different parts of the world
The Pink Combi guy said, "Hey Boss how'zit" thinking you're a man & when you took the helmet off he said Äh Ah!"because he was shocked to see a woman thats why he laughed and said you're brave. They say that alot because its not usually expected of a woman to bike alone especially deep in rural areas, people still have real fear of wild animals in such areas thats why many prefer cars that Bikes, those who have bikes are just those urban hips who do it for fun on tarred roads not offroad biking its still seen as white/European thing/adventure
So I was on my bike in my little town of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and doesn't some gentleman come up and compliment me on my Itchy Boots neck buff!! We shared a "big fan" moment...it made my day!! Good job Noraly, you're reach is far💜🇨🇦🍁❤
Beautiful, amazing scenery and it must be so so special to ride in an area with so much wild life. I see more and more confidence in riding on sand, 👍🏼😎
Hi Noraly, once again you managed to leave me open mouth….!!!! Fantastic video, I don’t know how you manage to do your touring, filming, editing and looking for new places where to go and then come up with such a wonderful presentation!!!!! Amazing, nothing short of amazing!!! Thanks again for sharing it with us.
Guy in pink van: There is a tar road 5 km from here! (Noraly: But i don't want that)😂
Nice oliebollen in september. Bon Apetite 🍪
Itchy Boots incansable!!! 7 hs. manejando por caminos arenosos y con alegría termina el día...
Hermoso video y la música acompaña el vuelo del dron. Gracias por el esfuerzo de compartir esa experiencia. 👍👍👍👍👍 💪 🤗
Stay safe.
I was afraid when he asked her if she was alone he might have bad intentions!
Yep, when the ears flap outwards, that's the time to leg it. Fast!
@@devamail1 Yeah, I was a little nevous too, but then I realised that she manage to upload this video, that means she arrived safely.
@@NathiENkomo-wl6sv it seemed to me she hesitated before answering she was alone. It would have been tempting to say others were right behind me! I had an attempt to kidnap me when I was traveling alone in Nigeria three years ago.
Not the animals i'm pretty sure!
I've been wanting to dirtbike since I was 16, and to go to Africa since then too, and you bring both to me by sharing your adventure!👍
Thank you, much appreciated!!😊
No one shoot at Noraly, or else...
I love to see how serious Botswana is about protecting their wildlife, though! If only more countries here in Europe respected their like Botswana does! Especially a certain one that rhymes with harmony. ;o)
Another lovely episode! ^^)
I agree ... Here in the US, we invade their (wild animal) territory, the attack us, we kill them because they are "invading our space" ... Sometimes I hate being part of the human race😭😭 ...
My friend i can tell you, Botswana is very serious, last year 5 Namibian guys lost their lives as a result of poaching in Botswana,, so be warned
It's nice seeing the scenery from a motorbike.
You are literally living every bikers dream which most of us neither have time, money or nevertheless courage to attempt. Good luck & thanks for bringing amazing experiences to all of us.
Really admire your passion for adventure ,love your posts the only thing missing is the wind on my face ,,, safe biking
