The age old question: Do you punch (drill) out the 3 holes on the exhaust side of the head gasket or do you leave them be? I’m still on the fence. Missing holes on a head gasket can be found on basically all brands of vehicles throughout history. We need this questioned answered by Isuzu Engineers.

I know what you mean...to me,if holes are in block and head...I'm doing it to gasket too
